GBSpent over 300 dollars on a order with… Spent over 300 dollars on a order with this company. Item still has not shipped after a week. No response from customer service after week of trying to get ahold of them. This includes two and half hours on hold. Two emails. Company not opened stated hours either and there chat options are suspended due to covid. Filed fraud charge with bank to get my money back. On your website it states, Our team is working tirelessly to ensure rapid order processing times with same day shipping for most orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2PM EST. IF THIS IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS MODEL ANYMORE DUE TO COVID OR BAD MANAGEMENT. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE TO SET THE EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR COMSUMERS!!!

GBNot safe Not safe, I would give no stars if possible ordered a vape paid for next day delivery five days later nothing has arrived. They don’t answer the phone don’t bother leaving your phone number for a call back because they don’t call back. They don’t reply to emails… scam took my money but received nothing

GBThere were problems, but Vapor.com made it better… After my first vaporizer was inoperable when delivered, it was replaced with a better model. There was a mix-up with getting the replacement to me, but now everything is great. The new vape works like a charm. Because of the temperature settings, my experience has been/is beyond my expectations.

GBI made a mistake ordering some screens… I made a mistake ordering some screens for my Volcano and after contacting support, they simply mailed out replacement screens and only charged me the difference in price. It was not necessary that I return the wrong sized screens either which saved me even more time and trouble. Superior support.

GBTRSUT!!! You'll be safe buying from them. You'll be safe buying from them. The product was marked as delivered by USPS but I didn't find it anywhere, so I contacted them, and they opened an investigation into it, followed up with the USPS to get this investigation going, and in the meantime, they issued a full refund as the product was out of stock now. Very considerate, timely support team, and great customer support. I'll be buying it from them again because they've been amazing.
