The product was marked as delivered by USPS but I didn't find it anywhere, so I contacted them, and they opened an investigation into it, followed up with the USPS to get this investigation going, and in the meantime, they issued a full refund as the product was out of stock now. Old Head This is the 3rd one of these that we've purchased. One reason is the affordability and another is simplicity. From one of the old heads at 63 you don't need all the bells and whistles. Bells and whistles are just more complicating to some of the older folks. One problem and a big one to me is the replacing of the screens. Overall it has always been a hit with me. Get 1,you wont regret it As noted in other reviews,definitely a bit of a learning curve.But,from the moment I first used my vapcap,I became a instant fan. With the use of the Dynacoil,the Vacap is literally my favourite thing to use for concentrates.
