Very bad and disrespectful towards the customers Pending potential edit, my orders never arrived and DJdeal ask me to directly deal with the manufacturer and the delivery claim service after holding my money for more than 3 months. Terrible delays I can understand but thinking all is good because your order says delivered is not good enough for a custumer who required a signature at delivery. You can't even provide proof of delivery and let me deal with the complaint? I guess it's a cash machine to never deliver

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent, product was shipped in appropriate packaging; well protected. My only complaint was that the shipping process was slow. From the day of ordering it to the day of receipt was 9 days; 6 business days. No fault of yours but what made it worse was that the USPS tracking didn't update between the time the label was created to the time that it was received at the local office. From my end it appeared to have not shipped.

Amazing Customer Service!!!! Amazing Customer Service!!!! I purchased some DJ equipment and had it delivered to Canada as the product is not available here. The product arrived damaged, no fault of DJ Deals, the supplier didn’t package the product adequately. DJ deals went out of their way to make it right, refunded the damaged product and was very responsive through the whole process! I will continue to use DJ Deals in the future, highly recommend this company!!
