GBSmall Business, Big Deals I'm sooo excited to be getting my next DJ controller from this company. First off, I was glad to see they even carried what I was looking for (a Faderfox DJ44) and even more surprised once I saw the extended warranties that they offered. Plus, I'm a huge fan of PayPal, so I liked how that's their preferred method of payment. Can't wait to get my product and looking forward to doing business with this company again.

GBVery bad and disrespectful towards the customers Pending potential edit, my orders never arrived and DJdeal ask me to directly deal with the manufacturer and the delivery claim service after holding my money for more than 3 months. Terrible delays I can understand but thinking all is good because your order says delivered is not good enough for a custumer who required a signature at delivery. You can't even provide proof of delivery and let me deal with the complaint? I guess it's a cash machine to never deliver

CAVery poor customer experience. Very poor customer experience. Paid extra $10 for fast processing. I paid $79 extra for 3-5 days international shipping. I was sent an email saying my order was shipped within an hour on a Sunday. It was only 3 business days before my package pickup and started tracking in your shipping system,. We are now 7 days later and my package is still travelling at snail pace in the US. Your shipping sucks.

GBPioneer DM-40 W I ordered a pair of Pioneer DJ speakers. When I opened the box there were a little pack of haribo and a "DJ Deals" pen. I think that was a nice gesture from them. I like these kind of attention to the customers. The parcel arrived in time. Only the courier company did a little mistake so I had to wait an extra day, not a big issue. (The given address wasn't transfered properly from djdeals to the courier even if I typed it correctly. They used the building's name to search the address instead of the postcode, so that led the driver to a completely different address.)
