First off, I was glad to see they even carried what I was looking for (a Faderfox DJ44) and even more surprised once I saw the extended warranties that they offered. Pioneer DM-40 W I ordered a pair of Pioneer DJ speakers. When I opened the box there were a little pack of haribo and a "DJ Deals" pen. I think that was a nice gesture from them. I like these kind of attention to the customers. The parcel arrived in time. Only the courier company did a little mistake so I had to wait an extra day, not a big issue. (The given address wasn't transfered properly from djdeals to the courier even if I typed it correctly. They used the building's name to search the address instead of the postcode, so that led the driver to a completely different address.)
