GBBig Test! I just received the Acesonic VHF-8012 great buy from DJ Deals; unfortunately one of the microphones while in the charging cradle is not making contact. Following the instructions in the manual, I called Acesonic, the tech support told me that he can’t help me, to go back DJ Deals. Just sent an email explaining the situation with hope that they reply soon with specific instructions to solve this issue. I’ll be more than glad to share the results with all of you. Ernie.

GBPioneer DM-40 W I ordered a pair of Pioneer DJ speakers. When I opened the box there were a little pack of haribo and a "DJ Deals" pen. I think that was a nice gesture from them. I like these kind of attention to the customers. The parcel arrived in time. Only the courier company did a little mistake so I had to wait an extra day, not a big issue. (The given address wasn't transfered properly from djdeals to the courier even if I typed it correctly. They used the building's name to search the address instead of the postcode, so that led the driver to a completely different address.)

No accountability for their own… No accountability for their own mistakes! Their label generator has a bug in it that removed my street address. So UPS was unable to deliver it and sent it back. I told them what happened and they said I labeled it incorrectly?!?! I sent them screenshots of their own email confirmation showing that the correct address was there and they told me to order another one. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They keep saying I chose the wrong shipping method, but again, they're not listening to the issue. Their system literally sent it without a street name and street number, so UPS couldnt deliver it and had to return to sender. What does that have to do with speed of shipping?
