amazing customer service Great pricing and amazing customer service. Unfortunately there was a problem with my order and I didn’t receive the headphones in my deal. However after a 2 minute phone call explaining the situation the problem was quickly resolved and my headphones where sent out to me the next day. Can’t fault the customer service and friendly employee.

Very bad and disrespectful towards the customers Pending potential edit, my orders never arrived and DJdeal ask me to directly deal with the manufacturer and the delivery claim service after holding my money for more than 3 months. Terrible delays I can understand but thinking all is good because your order says delivered is not good enough for a custumer who required a signature at delivery. You can't even provide proof of delivery and let me deal with the complaint? I guess it's a cash machine to never deliver

Small Business, Big Deals I'm sooo excited to be getting my next DJ controller from this company. First off, I was glad to see they even carried what I was looking for (a Faderfox DJ44) and even more surprised once I saw the extended warranties that they offered.
