Was impressed to receive a customer service call to verify I wanted two sets of filters as they are sold as a pair. Yes I ordered two. Happy to have the new filters in place. Would be nice for recommendations on cleaning them as it’s tricky to remove the grease.

GBBad Shipping Packaging The shipping packaging was cobbled together from multiple cardboard boxes, including an inside out UPS box, and the end was open but sealed with lots of packing tape. Thankfully the items survived undamaged, but the shipping packaging was not professional. Product itself seems OK, but does not fit as well in the unit as the one it replaced.

GBPurchased replacement filters for over… Purchased replacement filters for over the stove hood. Items arrived on time, however, the replacement is not as sturdy as the originals and are dented. We are keeping them because I don't have the time to purchase and wait for a replacement.
