GBBad company/bad customer service We’ve had our hood for only 3 years and the lights started flashing then would go off for several minutes then back on for several minutes. Customer service generally are not helpful and don’t seem to know their product or are willing to help. I would not recommend this product or this company.

GBPurchased replacement filters for over… Purchased replacement filters for over the stove hood. Items arrived on time, however, the replacement is not as sturdy as the originals and are dented. We are keeping them because I don't have the time to purchase and wait for a replacement.
