GBcacelled order after 22 days of waiting 8 days after placing my order, I got an email asking whether it would be alright if my sonofiber panels shipped the following week. I said that was fine, and 19 days after placing the order, I was sent an invoice with a tracking number. When nothing arrived, I realized that the tracking number was someone elses. When I called them (22 days after order), they said it had not yet shipped, so I canceled the order. I will never buy anything from AVAlive again.

GBAvoid Company at all Cost I ordered the product on Apr 11, 2011 and is took so long for me to actually get the product, I had to order and overnight another product from elsewhere. Also the product was drop shipped from another supplier that had the product for $400 less. I tried to return the product completly unopened and they would not budge on their "open box" restocking fee. I tried to complain and they discontinued communication. It is companies like this that give online shopping a buyer beware marketplace. By the way, I was a true customer of this company and this is a true review. Here is the product I ordered: HD Video Distribution New(Mfg. Partnum ZVPro 280) 1 ordered @ $2289.00 = $2289.00

GBAll Good So Far "Have bought many items from AValive totaling thousands and outside of having to wait a few days for my trucking items due to weather I have never had anything but a good experience. If any issues arose like a damaged product that arrived once It was quickly handled and replaced, I will continue to use these guys for my Middle Atlantic AV racks and gear since their pricing is good and I can always get my rep on the phone."
