GBTaking Low to New Limits UPDATE: The company tried to claim I'm not a customer and had my review pulled. I had to actually forward my invoices to prove it. I can't imagine how many other negative reviews they've managed to pull. Even though their ratings everywhere are pretty bad, it really doesn't begin to describe what they're actually up to. I had the exact same experience a bunch of other people on here had. The one down there that says "They're not a company for customers, they are about their profits." Man is that true. The company offered a free kit if you preordered a camera. It was a great deal so I preordered with them. They're refusing to send me the kit now, claiming they never got it when it's CLEARLY listed on their website for sale. They even still have the same camera offer up. When I talked to them they just kept telling me "it's not the same kit, it has a different number." I called the company who makes the kit and they said it's the exact same one pictured on their site. When I pointed out that it's the same, they refused to talk to me anymore. This place will nickel and dime you every chance they get. They're just not reliable or trustworthy.

GBA none professional company Be prepared, the company will work with you until you make an order, then they are gone. No reply for questions, and you feel as you are dealing with a utility company, not a business company. When you finally get connected with the same customer service person you were connected before, the answer is: Sorry, we get a lot of spams e-mails per day. This is despite the e-mails sent were for sure not spams. Their replies is so unprofessional and almost like doing you a favor by replying. As I said, just like a utility company. They got their payment, and now you mean a lot less until the next bill

GBGreat Buying Experience I ordered some Sanus 36" speaker stands, model number NF36-MO1. Avalive had the best price on the web. The only buying glitch was that I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, but when I inquired after a few days about the order, Rebecca immediately sent me the e-mail she said was sent earlier. No big deal, it may have been an e-mail server problem. The package came double boxed with free shipping 8 days from order. The mocho stained wood stands look great next to our dark brown leather sofa with dark wood trim.
