No Issues on Multiple Orders Ordered Chief Mounts from these guys often and if their was ever a delivery issue they always notified me in a timely fashion. Pricing is always better than the usual places and shipping has always been free . Only wish is that sometimes the tracking get stuck in spam but that's probably a fed ex issue.

Taking Low to New Limits UPDATE: The company tried to claim I'm not a customer and had my review pulled. I had to actually forward my invoices to prove it. I can't imagine how many other negative reviews they've managed to pull. Even though their ratings everywhere are pretty bad, it really doesn't begin to describe what they're actually up to. I had the exact same experience a bunch of other people on here had. The one down there that says "They're not a company for customers, they are about their profits." Man is that true. The company offered a free kit if you preordered a camera. It was a great deal so I preordered with them. They're refusing to send me the kit now, claiming they never got it when it's CLEARLY listed on their website for sale. They even still have the same camera offer up. When I talked to them they just kept telling me "it's not the same kit, it has a different number." I called the company who makes the kit and they said it's the exact same one pictured on their site. When I pointed out that it's the same, they refused to talk to me anymore. This place will nickel and dime you every chance they get. They're just not reliable or trustworthy.

All Good So Far "Have bought many items from AValive totaling thousands and outside of having to wait a few days for my trucking items due to weather I have never had anything but a good experience. If any issues arose like a damaged product that arrived once It was quickly handled and replaced, I will continue to use these guys for my Middle Atlantic AV racks and gear since their pricing is good and I can always get my rep on the phone."

Avoid Company at all Cost I ordered the product on Apr 11, 2011 and is took so long for me to actually get the product, I had to order and overnight another product from elsewhere. Also the product was drop shipped from another supplier that had the product for $400 less. I tried to return the product completly unopened and they would not budge on their "open box" restocking fee. I tried to complain and they discontinued communication. It is companies like this that give online shopping a buyer beware marketplace. By the way, I was a true customer of this company and this is a true review. Just FYI to anyone: I made a bulk order and all of the products that were to be delivered by UPS. Three of the products never showed.
