Taking Low to New Limits UPDATE: The company tried to claim I'm not a customer and had my review pulled. I had to actually forward my invoices to prove it. I can't imagine how many other negative reviews they've managed to pull. Even though their ratings everywhere are pretty bad, it really doesn't begin to describe what they're actually up to. I had the exact same experience a bunch of other people on here had. The one down there that says "They're not a company for customers, they are about their profits." Man is that true. The company offered a free kit if you preordered a camera. It was a great deal so I preordered with them. They're refusing to send me the kit now, claiming they never got it when it's CLEARLY listed on their website for sale. They even still have the same camera offer up. When I talked to them they just kept telling me "it's not the same kit, it has a different number." I called the company who makes the kit and they said it's the exact same one pictured on their site. When I pointed out that it's the same, they refused to talk to me anymore. This place will nickel and dime you every chance they get. They're just not reliable or trustworthy.

Professional Advice and Equipment I was looking to rent a Tricaster Mini for a fundraising event that I wanted to cover with three cameras. Fast Free Ship iPad 2 and No Tax !! Ordered Ipad 2 on Dec 3 and got it Dec 5th. Was worried when read reviews here but called anyway. Found out all these reviews were when iPads were in short supply with Apple back in spring and AValive told customers such yet they ordered anyway. Mine was brand new in box with free shipping and no tax for me living in Calif. Awesome. Save 75.00.
