No reply for questions, and you feel as you are dealing with a utility company, not a business company. When you finally get connected with the same customer service person you were connected before, the answer is: Sorry, we get a lot of spams e-mails per day. This is despite the e-mails sent were for sure not spams. Their replies is so unprofessional and almost like doing you a favor by replying. As I said, just like a utility company. They got their payment, and now you mean a lot less until the next bill

GBProfessional Advice and Equipment I was looking to rent a Tricaster Mini for a fundraising event that I wanted to cover with three cameras. GBFast Free Ship iPad 2 and No Tax !! Ordered Ipad 2 on Dec 3 and got it Dec 5th. Was worried when read reviews here but called anyway. Found out all these reviews were when iPads were in short supply with Apple back in spring and AValive told customers such yet they ordered anyway. Mine was brand new in box with free shipping and no tax for me living in Calif. Awesome. Save 75.00.
