GBGreat Buying Experience I ordered some Sanus 36" speaker stands, model number NF36-MO1. Avalive had the best price on the web. The only buying glitch was that I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, but when I inquired after a few days about the order, Rebecca immediately sent me the e-mail she said was sent earlier. No big deal, it may have been an e-mail server problem. The package came double boxed with free shipping 8 days from order. The mocho stained wood stands look great next to our dark brown leather sofa with dark wood trim.

GBGreat Pricing and They Answer Phone Calls Have ordered multiple times from them and always found great pricing and good customer service. If item was back ordered or out of stock they have called me to ask about what I wanted to do. Only issue I have had is sometimes item says in stock but found out later it was back ordered. They told me they are working on the real time inventory issue

GBcacelled order after 22 days of waiting 8 days after placing my order, I got an email asking whether it would be alright if my sonofiber panels shipped the following week. I said that was fine, and 19 days after placing the order, I was sent an invoice with a tracking number. When nothing arrived, I realized that the tracking number was someone elses. When I called them (22 days after order), they said it had not yet shipped, so I canceled the order. I will never buy anything from AVAlive again.
