GBAged 80 first electric bike Aged 80 I was having difficulty riding my cycle as hills and wind were making life difficult. Walked into Eastgate Cycles , Gloucester and Graham suggested an Ampere DeLuxe 700 bike. Collected today in a rainstorm so was given a cup of coffee to wait it out. The instuctions were clearly given and explained fully. I set off home with some nervousness but I needlessly worried as the bike whizzed me back home via a hill I struggle on without me barely having to pedal. New days yet but so far would recommend Eastgate Cycles and this bike.

GBStill no item and someone won’t have a present to open for Christmas. I wish I would have read the reviews. I ordered my product on December 4th for a Christmas present. On the 11th they said that they were having shipping delays and would send it out as soon as possible. I checked back in with them on December 15 and they said that they would move my shipping to priority when it comes to be picked up from the warehouse. I finally message back the last two days got nothing and today they told me that they were working around the clock to see what the shipping delay is about so at this point I know it’s probably not gonna come in time for someone to open it up for Christmas. Very disappointed and will definitely not use this company again. I did receive an email. My items were never at a warehouse waiting to be picked up because they can’t send some of the items. I bought 3 different things. They said they would ship out today but I never received tracking and still showing in all updates that it hasn’t shipped.

AUDon't send product + Worst cumtomer service I've been waiting for my order for one and a half month while I'm writing this review. I've informed their customer service that I want to cancel the order and get a full refund as soon as possible and still waiting for their reply after days. There's no live chat service and also they don't send you as they advertised. I'd suggest to AVOID shopping on this website at all cost

AENo reply I ordered on 27 of November 2023 and until now it’s not fulfilled. They don’t answer email nether their chat box. I even tried twitter (X). Still nothing. Worse experience I had on online shop. Order number 41930. Edit: Yes you’re right when I emailed on working hours again you respond to me in 24 hours. But when I sent email on respond of your automated I wasn’t answered until I made a new email the next day. So this edit is for people who need help. Email them on their working hours only. I panicked as nobody answered me in the chat. Also there was no cancel order in my profile. So I thought it was a scam. My apologies, they respond fast enough in their working hours. Which is during weekdays from 9PM EDT - 6PM EDT. I’ll give 4 stars just because of the rollercoaster of emotions.

NLAfter 3 months, the glasses wont charge at all I ordered the ampere glasses (Dusk Lite). The order was quite on time. I used the glasses and noticed, the battery life is quite abnormal. it would hardly stay charge for an hour. i wrote about it to them and they infact sent a replacement. I was quite happy with the support. However, the actual issue of battery still remains. I did not use the glasses for like 45 days coz of travelling. As soon as i came back, i kept the glasses for charging but it wont charge at all. I do not see the charging indicator light also. I would like to mention that glasses did not move from my house. Update:As i mentioned before, they have an excellent support team. They sent me a replacement and it is working fine.
