Used Bestbatt in 2015 and service was… Used Bestbatt in 2015 and service was excellent. Now it is the pits. Placed order November 2018, received confirmation, noted that amount on credit card was pending. Thought all was great. Then a week later no response noted that pending on credit card had gone. Sent three emails no response. Tried the online (so called) no response as they were all busy - yea right- left message. No response. Sooner they go belly up the better and stop creating upset customers. Mike the Kiwi.
