Placed order November 2018, received confirmation, noted that amount on credit card was pending. Thought all was great. Then a week later no response noted that pending on credit card had gone. Sent three emails no response. Tried the online (so called) no response as they were all busy - yea right- left message. No response. Sooner they go belly up the better and stop creating upset customers. Mike the Kiwi.

On July 5th BestBatt gave me a complete shipping fee refund and comfirmation that item was shipped on July 5th. wrong equipment I recently bought an I phone 5s battery changing package from this company, when I looked at the screw drivers they gave me, they had given me two Phillips screw drivers, I was pretty upset. but when I finally got into my phone and took out the battery, I then saw that the battery I needed was a four prong (they gave me a three prong).
