They have very reasonable price even with the shipping cost together. And not only that, the quality is very good, even better than the original ones I have. Customer service department is great! I called before placing the order and they answered all the questions I had and even gave me coupon code! How awesome is that? Will definitely shop here again and will recommend to others!

GBVery pleased First, customer service was done live via texting. Not my favorite way to communicate, but it was efficient and the operator was polite and knowledgeable. Second, The ordering process was simple, my batteries were shipped the next day and I received them three days from placing the order. I was very pleased with the speed of filling and shipping the order. I left for a backcountry trip the day after they were received and had enough juice to power my old digital camera for the duration of the trip.

Their prices were good, the product arrived swiftly, even though I used the most economical shipping option, and the product works fine, costing 25% of what I would have paid at Best Buy for a similar product. GBwrong equipment I recently bought an I phone 5s battery changing package from this company, when I looked at the screw drivers they gave me, they had given me two Phillips screw drivers, I was pretty upset. but when I finally got into my phone and took out the battery, I then saw that the battery I needed was a four prong (they gave me a three prong). You can bet your money I will not buy from this company again.

CAItem was supposed (in stock) Item was supposed (in stock) Then,bougth item on June 30th.On July 3rd have I received from saler an USPS tracking number with pre-shipment status. On July 5th BestBatt gave me a complete shipping fee refund and comfirmation that item was shipped on July 5th. One week later,July 12th,have not received parcel and USPS trackig number still shows pre-shipment status. Please look at this : LZ133431730US Update! July 26 Tth and still not have received my order.
