Their prices were good, the product arrived swiftly, even though I used the most economical shipping option, and the product works fine, costing 25% of what I would have paid at Best Buy for a similar product. I can't praise BestBatt highly enough. I order many things on-line, and can't ever remember having had a better buying experience than this one with BestBatt.

Terrible Terrible. Just had to put a claim in with PayPal because it has been almost 2 weeks after purchasing and paying for an item using ny PayPal account....ZERO correspondence from them and they do not answer either phone number listed on their website and no response from emails. Stay away from this "company".

Can't get a hold of anyone to request refund or resolution. Stay away from this company. Total failure on business practices. Crooked.
