On July 5th BestBatt gave me a complete shipping fee refund and comfirmation that item was shipped on July 5th. One week later,July 12th,have not received parcel and USPS trackig number still shows pre-shipment status. Please look at this : LZ133431730US Update! No way to run a business Placed my order after speaking with an agent on the phone, then received a phone call needing some sort of verification a week later. Tried calling them back on multiple occasions on their 800 number and the number they used to leave me a voice mail. Calls never got beyond leaving a message, and my calls were never returned. The company cancelled the order since I did not verify whatever with them. HUGE waste of time. Same item on Amazon for less

Got the hard-to-find batteries. It was great finding this rare battery for my camcorder. The batteries were packaged well and came in excellent condition. I would purchase from this seller again.
