Rad shop for cool stuff I have shopped with Drop for years and have enjoyed what they offer. They’re great and I will continue to grab audio/keyboard things from them. I miss the days of special edition Spyderco knives and Monk earbuds, but I still dig what they sell. Best Open Back Headphones on the Market This is my 3rd purchase from Drop... their Sennheiser collabs are absolutely top of the line and some of the best open back headphones on the market!! This time I bought a set on Friday, and checked on Monday and noticed the same pair went on-sale. I reached out and their excellent customer service instantly redeemed me the difference in price, no questions asked. 11/10 everytime with Drop

Two years in the making I don't know if this is normal but I've been waiting over two years for my keycaps. For now their are no substantial updates, except a monthly email from support apologizing for the delay, with a notice that the items will be shipped in a months time; been like this for a years time. First time customer since October 2021 #update# Appreciate your reply. I believe you've updated the estimated shipping date to end of March.

Import duty NOT listed when it they should. DHL hold for weeks. You may find some things are a good price BUT even though it mentions import duty and it came up with zero duty when I was checking out on the item I bought for £248. I have just had to pay a further £63 for importing from Germany to the UK after multiple emails and calls to Drop and DHL who BOTH kept telling me to contact the other. It felt like I was being scammed at more than 1 point. Not just that. The messing about DHL do with regards to holding in customs like I'm trying to import a friggin giraffe or something. They've held the item for about 2 weeks so far (tbf to Drop, they shipped quick). The whole experience simply isn't worth the messing about and extra cash. I could've had a very similar product delivered same day by Amazon at the same price. Unless they have some kind of super discount on something I really want. I'll not be using them again. Oh and the item STILL hasn't arrived lol.
