Two years in the making I don't know if this is normal but I've been waiting over two years for my keycaps. For now their are no substantial updates, except a monthly email from support apologizing for the delay, with a notice that the items will be shipped in a months time; been like this for a years time. First time customer since October 2021 #update# Appreciate your reply. I believe you've updated the estimated shipping date to end of March.

Customer service is awful Bought x2 keycap sets at $69 each. When shipping, the order was declared as $276 instead of $138 (x2 the ammount) and incurred hefty customs fees due to the error. Contacted customer service who were completely unhelpful and kept telling me the website warns you that you might pay customs fees. No acknowledgement of their error in listing the order value at double the price. * Edit * beware of this companies responses to reviews, they are doing it for the benefit of others who will read these reviews, not to be helpful. They never accept any blame on their part and have an excuse ready. It's a badly run company that will do anything but refund or reimburse your money. The best you will get is a very small credit on your account which you are still forced to use on their site.

Best Open Back Headphones on the Market This is my 3rd purchase from Drop... their Sennheiser collabs are absolutely top of the line and some of the best open back headphones on the market!! This time I bought a set on Friday, and checked on Monday and noticed the same pair went on-sale. I reached out and their excellent customer service instantly redeemed me the difference in price, no questions asked. 11/10 everytime with Drop

I asked them to update the shipping… I asked them to update the shipping address within 10 of making the order. They refused despite the fact that UPS allows the shipper to update an address prior to delivery. -- Edit - after the package was delivered to wrong address, they sent a replacement to the correct address. It took awhile but they made it right in the end.

Import duty NOT listed when it they should. DHL hold for weeks. You may find some things are a good price BUT even though it mentions import duty and it came up with zero duty when I was checking out on the item I bought for £248. I have just had to pay a further £63 for importing from Germany to the UK after multiple emails and calls to Drop and DHL who BOTH kept telling me to contact the other. It felt like I was being scammed at more than 1 point. Not just that. The messing about DHL do with regards to holding in customs like I'm trying to import a friggin giraffe or something. They've held the item for about 2 weeks so far (tbf to Drop, they shipped quick). The whole experience simply isn't worth the messing about and extra cash. I could've had a very similar product delivered same day by Amazon at the same price. Unless they have some kind of super discount on something I really want. I'll not be using them again. Oh and the item STILL hasn't arrived lol.
