Best Open Back Headphones on the Market This is my 3rd purchase from Drop... their Sennheiser collabs are absolutely top of the line and some of the best open back headphones on the market!! This time I bought a set on Friday, and checked on Monday and noticed the same pair went on-sale. I went to their website and started a ticket, which led me to this amazing customer support lady named Liz. She was so helpful, she answered all of my queries and solved my problems right away. She handled everything professionally. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Great customer service I've made two purchases so far from Drop, with a recent one in the past two weeks. Prior to that was a purchase in 2018. The products I've bought have lasted me a long time. My most recent purchase saw a price drop within 2 weeks of the sale date, and after sending an email, Drop refunded me the difference. That sort of customer service is rarely seen these days, and I look forward to shopping with Drop again.

Rad shop for cool stuff I have shopped with Drop for years and have enjoyed what they offer. They’re great and I will continue to grab audio/keyboard things from them. I miss the days of special edition Spyderco knives and Monk earbuds, but I still dig what they sell.
