GBGood customer service & products I recently purchased some keycaps off of Drop (MiTo M3 Noctua set). They were a bit pricy but I really liked them so I went for it. About 2 days later they arrived (fast shipping was nice) and I noticed on the website that the price went down $51. 40%! I emailed asking to get this $51 reimbursed somehow, and within a day or so they responded and told me they'd do the fair thing and reimburse me for the price difference. I greatly appreciate the good customer serivce

GBBest Open Back Headphones on the Market This is my 3rd purchase from Drop... their Sennheiser collabs are absolutely top of the line and some of the best open back headphones on the market!! This time I bought a set on Friday, and checked on Monday and noticed the same pair went on-sale. I reached out and their excellent customer service instantly redeemed me the difference in price, no questions asked. 11/10 everytime with Drop

GBRad shop for cool stuff I have shopped with Drop for years and have enjoyed what they offer. They’re great and I will continue to grab audio/keyboard things from them. I miss the days of special edition Spyderco knives and Monk earbuds, but I still dig what they sell.
