Rad shop for cool stuff I have shopped with Drop for years and have enjoyed what they offer. They’re great and I will continue to grab audio/keyboard things from them. I miss the days of special edition Spyderco knives and Monk earbuds, but I still dig what they sell. Great customer service I've made two purchases so far from Drop, with a recent one in the past two weeks. Prior to that was a purchase in 2018. The products I've bought have lasted me a long time. My most recent purchase saw a price drop within 2 weeks of the sale date, and after sending an email, Drop refunded me the difference. That sort of customer service is rarely seen these days, and I look forward to shopping with Drop again.

I went to their website and started a ticket, which led me to this amazing customer support lady named Liz. She was so helpful, she answered all of my queries and solved my problems right away.
