Good customer service & products I recently purchased some keycaps off of Drop (MiTo M3 Noctua set). They were a bit pricy but I really liked them so I went for it. About 2 days later they arrived (fast shipping was nice) and I noticed on the website that the price went down $51. 40%! I emailed asking to get this $51 reimbursed somehow, and within a day or so they responded and told me they'd do the fair thing and reimburse me for the price difference. I greatly appreciate the good customer serivce

Great customer service I've made two purchases so far from Drop, with a recent one in the past two weeks. Prior to that was a purchase in 2018. The products I've bought have lasted me a long time. My most recent purchase saw a price drop within 2 weeks of the sale date, and after sending an email, Drop refunded me the difference. That sort of customer service is rarely seen these days, and I look forward to shopping with Drop again.

if you are out of the US do not think to order from drop one of the most poor experience i ordered a headset in Mar 18 i paid 20$ for the shipping and they selected the worse shipping option that you can think of my order left the warehouse after 10 days of the day i ordered and after one month my order is still in the same place, I send email to customer support and they said shipping wall take 3-6 weeks today i complete 39 days and may order is still in the US in same place from Mar 30 and I don't know if I will get my order in the end if you are out of the US please don't think of ordering from drop it's really stressful experience and really not worth it you will find a better alternative that really respect their customers

I had all support from customer service during the whole process. As an overseas customer I can say this was one the best customer experience I had. Thank you. Unbelieveable value I ordered the Sennheiser HD 6XX headphones, delivered as described and on time. They are spectacular! I really can’t get over the value I got on this deal, absolutely delighted! $199 + $15 shipping is an absolute steal! Purchase of the year already.
