DKTwo years in the making I don't know if this is normal but I've been waiting over two years for my keycaps. For now their are no substantial updates, except a monthly email from support apologizing for the delay, with a notice that the items will be shipped in a months time; been like this for a years time. First time customer since October 2021 #update# Appreciate your reply. I believe you've updated the estimated shipping date to end of March.

GBRad shop for cool stuff I have shopped with Drop for years and have enjoyed what they offer. They’re great and I will continue to grab audio/keyboard things from them. I miss the days of special edition Spyderco knives and Monk earbuds, but I still dig what they sell. My most recent order had an issue and their customer service rep, Amy, did an amazing job getting things fixed up for me. Thank you, Amy!

GBYou guys are the best! My pair of Beyerdynamic DT 177X Go that I had for a year developed a rattle in the left ear cup. I contacted Drop Support and they got back to me that same day! I would like to thank both Jeanie C and Amy from the Drop Community Support team for their prompt responses and swift help! Thank you to them both and the entire team for shipping my new pair out to me with no trouble! You guys are the best!

GBPrepare for a ridiculous wait if you order from Drop Item listed as in stock and ready for shipment. No order updates sent, so emailed customer support. After finding out the item wouldn't be shipped for 11 days after order. Asked to cancel, and they refused saying "the order had already been allocated". This likely means they ordered it from some knockoff outfit in China and they're waiting for it to be delivered. This is not what "in stock" means, and nobody wants to wait a month when a merchant claims "in stock". They respond to emails, but not in a helpful way. In short, they're deceptive and disorganized. I'd rather have paid an extra few bucks from another seller. Drop wrote a response saying they're having warehouse issues -- which is the same lie they've been giving for years (read the reviews from years prior). They're lying liars, through and through, and should not be trusted. Do yourself a favor and order product from a reputable merchant that doesn't make you wait weeks for your purchases while they have child laborers and peasants in China repack used/faulty items or cheaply made gray market knockoffs.

CANo cancellation policy and complicated returns I am using google translate to write this message, I am sorry for the quality of the English. I am very dissatisfied with my latest purchase from drop.com. Your policies in place, although seemingly facilitating returns, they have the opposite effect. • I asked to cancel the order even if it was an in-stock item before shipping, but they refused, loss of 15 USD in shipping. • Then I asked if I could refuse the order before taking it at the post office, they refused saying that they wouldn’t accept it. I had to take the package then return it back to them. I had to pay a duty fee of 18$ cad. • That meant that I also had to pay shipping back, another 25$ CAD. In total, that means I would have lost $73 CAD in fees that could have been avoided to return an item worth $99.75 CAD. All of this is making me think that these policies are put in place to reduce their return rates, force customers to keep items they do not want. Personally as a customer I do not adhere to this type of policy and my level of trust with drop.com is at its lowest. Sincerely
