When I decided to return, it was a Saturday, but Jeanie noticed my request for RMA and got me that and a tracking label within hours. Super appreciate the amazing customer service.

Customer service is awful Bought x2 keycap sets at $69 each. When shipping, the order was declared as $276 instead of $138 (x2 the ammount) and incurred hefty customs fees due to the error. Contacted customer service who were completely unhelpful and kept telling me the website warns you that you might pay customs fees. No acknowledgement of their error in listing the order value at double the price. * Edit * beware of this companies responses to reviews, they are doing it for the benefit of others who will read these reviews, not to be helpful. They never accept any blame on their part and have an excuse ready. It's a badly run company that will do anything but refund or reimburse your money. The best you will get is a very small credit on your account which you are still forced to use on their site.

I had all support from customer service during the whole process. As an overseas customer I can say this was one the best customer experience I had. Thank you. I asked them to update the shipping… I asked them to update the shipping address within 10 of making the order. They refused despite the fact that UPS allows the shipper to update an address prior to delivery. -- Edit - after the package was delivered to wrong address, they sent a replacement to the correct address. It took awhile but they made it right in the end.

Great customer service I've made two purchases so far from Drop, with a recent one in the past two weeks. Prior to that was a purchase in 2018. The products I've bought have lasted me a long time. My most recent purchase saw a price drop within 2 weeks of the sale date, and after sending an email, Drop refunded me the difference. That sort of customer service is rarely seen these days, and I look forward to shopping with Drop again.
