Two years in the making I don't know if this is normal but I've been waiting over two years for my keycaps. For now their are no substantial updates, except a monthly email from support apologizing for the delay, with a notice that the items will be shipped in a months time; been like this for a years time. First time customer since October 2021 #update# Appreciate your reply. I believe you've updated the estimated shipping date to end of March.

My third purchase from Drop My third purchase from Drop. I had issues with customs and local post company sending my package without any notice. I had all support from customer service during the whole process. As an overseas customer I can say this was one the best customer experience I had. Thank you. Confident to continue shopping from drop.

if you are out of the US do not think to order from drop one of the most poor experience i ordered a headset in Mar 18 i paid 20$ for the shipping and they selected the worse shipping option that you can think of my order left the warehouse after 10 days of the day i ordered and after one month my order is still in the same place, I send email to customer support and they said shipping wall take 3-6 weeks today i complete 39 days and may order is still in the US in same place from Mar 30 and I don't know if I will get my order in the end if you are out of the US please don't think of ordering from drop it's really stressful experience and really not worth it you will find a better alternative that really respect their customers

I asked them to update the shipping… I asked them to update the shipping address within 10 of making the order. They refused despite the fact that UPS allows the shipper to update an address prior to delivery. -- Edit - after the package was delivered to wrong address, they sent a replacement to the correct address. It took awhile but they made it right in the end.

Quality service They put a sale on a week after I had bought an item and still reimbursed me the difference.
