Import duty NOT listed when it they should. DHL hold for weeks. You may find some things are a good price BUT even though it mentions import duty and it came up with zero duty when I was checking out on the item I bought for £248. I have just had to pay a further £63 for importing from Germany to the UK after multiple emails and calls to Drop and DHL who BOTH kept telling me to contact the other. It felt like I was being scammed at more than 1 point. Not just that. The messing about DHL do with regards to holding in customs like I'm trying to import a friggin giraffe or something. They've held the item for about 2 weeks so far (tbf to Drop, they shipped quick). The whole experience simply isn't worth the messing about and extra cash. I could've had a very similar product delivered same day by Amazon at the same price. Unless they have some kind of super discount on something I really want. I'll not be using them again. Oh and the item STILL hasn't arrived lol.

I had all support from customer service during the whole process. As an overseas customer I can say this was one the best customer experience I had. Thank you. Great customer service I've made two purchases so far from Drop, with a recent one in the past two weeks. Prior to that was a purchase in 2018. The products I've bought have lasted me a long time. My most recent purchase saw a price drop within 2 weeks of the sale date, and after sending an email, Drop refunded me the difference. That sort of customer service is rarely seen these days, and I look forward to shopping with Drop again.
