GBRad shop for cool stuff I have shopped with Drop for years and have enjoyed what they offer. They’re great and I will continue to grab audio/keyboard things from them. I miss the days of special edition Spyderco knives and Monk earbuds, but I still dig what they sell. DKTwo years in the making I don't know if this is normal but I've been waiting over two years for my keycaps. For now their are no substantial updates, except a monthly email from support apologizing for the delay, with a notice that the items will be shipped in a months time; been like this for a years time. First time customer since October 2021 #update# Appreciate your reply. I believe you've updated the estimated shipping date to end of March.

TRMy third purchase from Drop My third purchase from Drop. I had issues with customs and local post company sending my package without any notice. I had all support from customer service during the whole process. As an overseas customer I can say this was one the best customer experience I had. Thank you. Confident to continue shopping from drop.

GBCustomer service is awful Bought x2 keycap sets at $69 each. When shipping, the order was declared as $276 instead of $138 (x2 the ammount) and incurred hefty customs fees due to the error. Contacted customer service who were completely unhelpful and kept telling me the website warns you that you might pay customs fees. No acknowledgement of their error in listing the order value at double the price. * Edit * beware of this companies responses to reviews, they are doing it for the benefit of others who will read these reviews, not to be helpful. They never accept any blame on their part and have an excuse ready. It's a badly run company that will do anything but refund or reimburse your money. The best you will get is a very small credit on your account which you are still forced to use on their site.
