tried to call customer service to get… tried to call customer service to get my order number so i can track my order. when i called the number listed it said "call can not be completed as the party declines the request." How can I talk with a human and get results?? This has been going on for days now.

Incredible customer service! Item had adequate packaging, but the package was still damaged during transit. Customer support answered email within hours, and a replacement is on its way less than 24 hours later. Excellent customer service and a great company!

Ordered the carbon fibre fidget… Ordered the carbon fibre fidget spinner, item showed in a timely manner, item is really carbo fiver. After using the spinner for the second day the centre bearing shifted to one side causing the spinner to rub and turn slow, I was able to recenter the bearing but it does not stay in place. You would think for $80 one would not have this issue. Very disappointed in this product. Jody

Amazing Never had a company reach out after a purchase, i think that’s pretty awesome and i have a huge following on Instagram and treat my clients the same so i found that very personable. Love the quality of the product and all my clients and follows have asked me where i got it. So the quality speaks volumes.
