No return label was sent to me, so I paid the postage and completed the return according to the the return instructions, and ATECH received the package and refunded me surprisingly quickly.

CAIncredible customer service! Item had adequate packaging, but the package was still damaged during transit. Customer support answered email within hours, and a replacement is on its way less than 24 hours later. Excellent customer service and a great company!

UStried to call customer service to get… tried to call customer service to get my order number so i can track my order. when i called the number listed it said "call can not be completed as the party declines the request." How can I talk with a human and get results?? This has been going on for days now.
