great idea. mediocre product The pen/stylus combination is mediocre at best. The stylus piece works its way out when you screw the cap on, and it sticks out at sort of a strange angle. As does the screwdriver. Company would probably be better off ditching the useless bits and just making a solid pen stylus combination out of one piece of metal. Probably would not buy again from this company.

I like the idea of the pen but there… I like the idea of the pen but there are a few things that make it impractical from a daily carry. The box opener sticks out a way too far and catches on everything if you have it in your pocket. The screwdriver function is awesome but it is not easy to access and there are several little parts that could be lost while using the drivers. I do think that it has a place in my pen holder in case I need some of the functions in a pinch ill know its there.

tried to call customer service to get… tried to call customer service to get my order number so i can track my order. when i called the number listed it said "call can not be completed as the party declines the request." How can I talk with a human and get results?? This has been going on for days now.

The product was of good quality The product was of good quality, but I couldn't use it. So I followed the instructions for a return/refund. No return label was sent to me, so I paid the postage and completed the return according to the the return instructions, and ATECH received the package and refunded me surprisingly quickly.
