The ink refills I ordered came in a… The ink refills I ordered came in a package that would only protect them from water. There was no cushioning or support for them, so when I received them they were all bent. Every one!! And the black tips that connect them to the pen itself were almost all broken! Very disappointed. I will be returning them. I haven't decided whether to try again or apologize to my husband for the pen I bought him.

Almost satisfied Everything about the transaction went well. I didn't give five stars because there was no gift option at checkout... Disappointing considering it was marketed as a gift. I didn't want the recipient getting the receipt showing how much I paid for their gift. I also would have liked to have left a brief message,at least saying who the gift is from.

Amazing Never had a company reach out after a purchase, i think that’s pretty awesome and i have a huge following on Instagram and treat my clients the same so i found that very personable. Love the quality of the product and all my clients and follows have asked me where i got it. So the quality speaks volumes.

Incredible customer service! Item had adequate packaging, but the package was still damaged during transit. Customer support answered email within hours, and a replacement is on its way less than 24 hours later. Excellent customer service and a great company!
