The ink refills I ordered came in a… The ink refills I ordered came in a package that would only protect them from water. There was no cushioning or support for them, so when I received them they were all bent. Every one!! And the black tips that connect them to the pen itself were almost all broken! Very disappointed. I will be returning them. I haven't decided whether to try again or apologize to my husband for the pen I bought him.

tried to call customer service to get… tried to call customer service to get my order number so i can track my order. when i called the number listed it said "call can not be completed as the party declines the request." How can I talk with a human and get results?? This has been going on for days now.

Great pen! Great pen! Overall very happy. Box cutter works pretty well. Solid construction. Writes well. For version 2, please make pen 1/4-1/2” inch shorter as it just barely fits into front pocket. Would be nice for it to fit comfortably. Also, please make the screwdriver shaft with a hex grip as well so it’s easier to turn with some force.

Almost satisfied Everything about the transaction went well. I didn't give five stars because there was no gift option at checkout... Disappointing considering it was marketed as a gift. I didn't want the recipient getting the receipt showing how much I paid for their gift. I also would have liked to have left a brief message,at least saying who the gift is from.
