They were so pleasent I almost bought more bateries than I needed!! After pulling them off the internet, I called on the phone. The girl was SOOO pleasant! I place my order on Fri 1/17, and received the order on 1/21. There was one Sunday and Martin Luther King day in this delivery time. I thought this was a great response. I recommend them HIGHLY! Used battery? For some reason I thought a new battery would let me make more than 3 or 4 calls a day, I was mistaken. I have checked the apps running in the background, even with everything off, the battery will not hold a charge all day without any use. The 2 1/2 year old battery that was replaced would only last for one or two calls before going dead, the new battery has almost double the capacity, (sarcasm), but I did expect more.

Outstanding service. Ordered a replacement battery for my cell phone. Replacement did not allow me to use the protective cover. After trying unsuccessfully to find a protective cover that would work w/the new battery, I was able to return the replacement and got one that did work. No hassle, extremely helpful.
