Ordered a product which never arrived, spent 30 minutes waiting to get through to customer service to be told computer says no on processing a refund! Terrible company, useless customer service. Don’t waste your money!!

Don’t let the reviews put you off! After seeing these reviews I was reluctant to order from here but thought I would give it a go and to my surprise the package came a day early than the expected delivery date! Don’t let these reviews put you off. Quality products as well. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered 2 Item's but it's been… I ordered 2 Item's but it's been almost three weeks, and I still haven't received them. When I track the package, it shows "out for delivery," but I have not received my order. There hasn't been any note left at my door or an email confirmation stating that the items have been delivered.

Order never arrived. Short changed on the full Refund Order never arrived. Using a Hong Kong 3rd party shipping from US (for products originating from the US) but tracking is vague and never arrived. It’s been over 8 weeks. They finally deemed it lost package and refunded me but short changed me by almost $4. Definitely not ordering from this site again.

Another perfect experience Another perfect experience. I live in the UK and my order arrived in the predicted 3-4 days. I’ve now placed 4 ordered with Every Health and had no problems. Maybe I’ve not experienced any problems because I’ve used express delivery each time but I honestly can’t fault them as a company.
