GBAnother perfect experience Another perfect experience. I live in the UK and my order arrived in the predicted 3-4 days. I’ve now placed 4 ordered with Every Health and had no problems. Maybe I’ve not experienced any problems because I’ve used express delivery each time but I honestly can’t fault them as a company.

GBAvoid this scamming company who take… The five star reviews must be fake … Please avoid this scamming company who take your money then hang on to it..,I’m awaiting a refund of 55 pounds. Shocking customer service and bad communication.., do not buy from them I’ll be surprised if I get my money back. The live chat is with someone who can’t understand or is pretending not to. They cut the chat off because they were incompetent and I said so. Doubt I’ll get my money back but will go public and make it known if they don’t refund me.

GBI read the reviews and was skeptical… I read the reviews and was skeptical given the troubles others have had but received the products in a surprisingly quick timeframe and gift was included. Overall would use again as I've been a long time collagen user.

GBNO Transparency! I've written a review about the poor customer service, but after researching Every Health, I've learned that there is NO transparency. They have no one listed in their Who Is on their domain, according to ScamAdvisor. After spending 47 minutes on hold with DHL, a rep gave me a US phone number for the HUT Group (apparently Every Health's parent company), which was associated with my (missing) delivery. That number turned out to be for another of HUT's companies and no one there had any information about how to reach Every Health's supervisors or exec team. According to Gov.uk, there is no active company called "Every Health." There was an "Every Health Ltd" that was dissolved in 2017. A search on THG.com (the HUT Group) reveals nothing for Every Health. I believe Every Health is a sham company. It certainly doesn't care about responding to unhappy customers and improving its image.

GBCan' Fault Delivery and Decent Price I read the reviews and despite this info decided to place an order. Package arrived on the last day it was supposed to which was surprising and all products were there. Had a good experience and can't fault them this time though will try again to see if it's a one off
