ILI could not even receive a EVEN A SIMPLE NOTE I had a very bad experience. Because I could not even receive a EVEN A SIMPLE NOTE with which I can show the customs of my country in which it shows the discount received when paying for my purchase. My objective was to request the return of the customs overcharge. (which I should not have paid and if I did because this website does not clarify all the discounts on your receipt and I exceeded the limit of 75 usd that is needed).

GBCan' Fault Delivery and Decent Price I read the reviews and despite this info decided to place an order. Package arrived on the last day it was supposed to which was surprising and all products were there. Had a good experience and can't fault them this time though will try again to see if it's a one off

NLBeing scammed Being scammed. Placed my order and tracking number has disappeared. Last checked when was visibile sunday with customs for a week. No response helpdesk. Avoid these scammers

GBNO Transparency! I've written a review about the poor customer service, but after researching Every Health, I've learned that there is NO transparency. They have no one listed in their Who Is on their domain, according to ScamAdvisor. After spending 47 minutes on hold with DHL, a rep gave me a US phone number for the HUT Group (apparently Every Health's parent company), which was associated with my (missing) delivery. That number turned out to be for another of HUT's companies and no one there had any information about how to reach Every Health's supervisors or exec team. According to Gov.uk, there is no active company called "Every Health." There was an "Every Health Ltd" that was dissolved in 2017. A search on THG.com (the HUT Group) reveals nothing for Every Health. I believe Every Health is a sham company. It certainly doesn't care about responding to unhappy customers and improving its image.
