GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS! I’d like to rate this company as ZERO stars as they are shockingly bad! Just off the phone AGAIN begging for my refund which Hannah promised a while ago now, called again spoke to Callum, he escalated it to their finance team, it was actioned and agreed that my refund would happen, now again nothing. Spoke to a very rude, hostile guy called Joseph on their customer service number. Needs to learn basic manners when speaking to people. Again going into another week and no refund. The stress of ordering from this shambolic, unprofessional company is just not worth it! Steer very clear of them and order elsewhere. If you need a refund, good luck in getting that!! All they do is fob you off with excuses and lies. AWFUL COMPANY..

GBWorst Experience .....Really not recommend I order 4 bottles of Omega Supplements for my kids. The products are late and it is found all the tablets in stick together at each bottle when arrived and maybe it is too hot during transportation. I contact to the Customer Services and provide all the information and photos for changing a standard one or refund, Every Health pass to the investigation team and said 3-5 days for investigation. However, up to 1 month, there is no feedback and also my further email. Totally disappointing and frustration and MUST not buy product here again.

ILI could not even receive a EVEN A SIMPLE NOTE I had a very bad experience. Because I could not even receive a EVEN A SIMPLE NOTE with which I can show the customs of my country in which it shows the discount received when paying for my purchase. My objective was to request the return of the customs overcharge. (which I should not have paid and if I did because this website does not clarify all the discounts on your receipt and I exceeded the limit of 75 usd that is needed).
