WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was quoted a lowball offer and when I refused and requested my phone back-ALL I WAS IWAS GIVEN was "It's been returned". No tracking number, no estimated return time-NOTHING. And this was DAYS after and between responses. I keep asking them for proof, since it has been ANOTHER week and I STILL haven't received my phone back! If this continues, I WILL be taking legal action.

Payment is received within 5 business days. And they are open to reasonable negotiation. Prompt communication is another of their virtues. 5 stars.

Bricked iPad Pro Best price I found for a 2 year old bricked iPad Pro. Did have some issues removing it from my iCloud account so transaction took longer than expected. But overall a good experience.

After advising them I checked over the iPad extensively and did not see it, I requested the iPad be returned to me. Soon after that, I received notification that they would pay me the original quote since it was a very tiny area. After that, I received my payment in less than 5 days.

Note, however, that the standards for quality are quite high (as they should be). The inspection of my iPad took a bit longer than three business days but was very thorough. They noticed (and sent pictures of) a couple of small dents and that I had included the wrong cable (oops!). The initial bid therefore was revised down slightly but still quite acceptable (and better than competitors). Payment was rapid and straightforward. I would send them my used tech again!
