Where the payment versus the quote differed, they provided clear photos and reasons (some details I didn't notice because they're not relevant to me as a user, but understand and agree with their assessment because they were detailed). Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the quoted processing times and the actual vary...a lot. Took 13 days (9 business days) from when they received my equipment to their evaluation and confirmation of payment.

They are helpful and prompt, but the slightest percentage of a variance from the Customers evaluation and the offer drops, DRASTICALLY! i had an offer of $210 for a phone that was returned w/o physical blemish, in the original box, shipped it and the new offer was $51. Trustworthy, yes. Just dont get your hopes up. Brian

GBTrade in iPad Pro 12.9 Received notification that because of one tiny area on iPad which was hardly noticeable that they reduced my payout. After advising them I checked over the iPad extensively and did not see it, I requested the iPad be returned to me. Soon after that, I received notification that they would pay me the original quote since it was a very tiny area. After that, I received my payment in less than 5 days.

GBThe process did not go as expected… The process did not go as expected based in what is advertised. It is impossible to talk to someone, it goes right to voice-mail. It was a week before they processed the transaction based on Fed-Ex delivery tracking. I will say their payout was the highest, and believe me I did a ton of research before choosing a company. They sent the payment on the same day they processed it, so that's a plus as well. Overall, I would recommend tradeinmytech.com, as long as you have patience. Also, I just realized they have a message on their website to be expecting delays...I did not see that message, so it's more my error than theirs.

GBDisappointing Previously, I was very impressed with your team. However, lately what should be characterized as good is dropped to fair in my opinion. Additionally, when sending questions, your response times are days out, if I get one at all. I hope this improves. Right now, I'm quite disappointed.
