I was plugged in and a wire came loose… I was plugged in and a wire came loose on their wiring, park and hot touched ground. My magic power box protected my coach, no loss of anything but an inexpensive replacement part that took all of fivr minutes to replace. So add up the cost of a new converter, tv, dish box, refrigerator, heater, etc etc, and you would be silly not to have one of theses for your coach.

Happy Voltage equals a Happy Camper! I have the Hughes transformer/protection on a 45’ class A Motorhome and I am fully aware of the ability to “boost” the voltage 2-4 volts when an RV park or campground is experiencing huge demand. I always have 120-124 volts ac on my monitor and have never experienced any appliance damage. I sleep good every night knowing the Hughes transformer/protector maintains safe voltage on my 50 amp service. Charles Thomas Zellwood, Florida

I have your 50 amp Watch Dog Surge Protector Thank God I have your 50 amp Watch Dog Surge protector I always questioned why I needed it. I was on holidays on Manitolin Island at a camp ground 30 Amp hookup. My power kept cutting out checked my watch dog app at a total of 10 amp consumption my voltage was dropping to 104 Volts and tripping out. Thank God I didn't need air conditioning at the time I probably would have burned it out. Great product I would highly recommend it.

Intermittent False Errors and Poor Product QA/QC It worked well for the first day then it started giving error codes E7 or E1. I thought I had an electrical problem at first, but then realized that a slight movement of the surge protector fixed it. I’ve done it several times so I’m certain there is a defect inside the surge protector. It also doesn’t wait the 90 seconds like it is supposed to. Just lightly tap or move the protector and the error immediately goes away.

Tired of low voltage or power spikes, try this I got tired of low voltage damage to my RV components. The last time I replaced the refrigerator circuit board, I got the Hughes 30a autoformer. I haven't had a surge or low voltage problem since. It works flawlessly without constant monitoring. THANKS HUGHES!
