I love this safe I love this safe, I keep all my valuables in it. I have a small box and mounted it to the wall and slid my safe into it and secured it with the wings. Great and easy to use..

Terrible service Never received product seems like a scam unable to trace or track no help from company I never said they were stolen I said they never arrives I was at home waiting and when you claimed it was delivered one was here I was here and I have a front camera which shows no one came to my home

Multi user doesn't work, support unhelpful I bought this safe specifically because I need multi-user access with different codes. I've been unable to add any additional users either from the safe itself or from the app and support has been unhelpful, just sending me the manual (which I already had and had followed) rather than helping with any troubleshooting. Also of note -- it appears that even if multi-user were working, every user will need to be associated with its own email address/account. There is no way to just add an additional code to grant temporary access without some hassle on the part of the temporary user.
