GBDo yourself a favor and stay away from… Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! Looks like I am just one of many who were charged $99 for yearly subscription with absolutely NO forewarning or chance to cancel subscription. I haven't used this app once since I downloaded it last year, so it hasn't been on my mind until I saw the charge on my bank account. I went back through my emails to see if I had missed one letting me know it was going to auto-renew, and....nothing! So instead of providing good customer service and being accommodating to their clients, and refunding when they are asked, they just rip you off and don't care.

GBFree trial is not free I had read the reviews about customers having troube getting a refund after a free trial but decided to try it anyways - well the reviews were right. I had it for 4 days and decided to not sign up but am being charged for a year. So far the customer service is still telling me that they will charge me. Very very disappointed.

GBA deceitful company A deceitful company. I was planning on enrolling in a month-to-month plan after my free trial. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family, and since I did not think of canceling my free trial and switching to the monthly plan on the day of a funeral, I was charged over $100 for a year subscription. I reached out to both Aaptiv and Apple, who say there's nothing they can do. Horrible experience. Horrible company.

GBThis is a complete scam This is a complete scam. I’ve never used the service nor do I have an account I can access. They’ve charged me $99 for a service I can’t use and furthermore will not confirm that they have removed my information. I’m surprised there is no existing class action lawsuit. Please carefully read customer comments before you download anything.
