GBA deceitful company A deceitful company. I was planning on enrolling in a month-to-month plan after my free trial. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family, and since I did not think of canceling my free trial and switching to the monthly plan on the day of a funeral, I was charged over $100 for a year subscription. I reached out to both Aaptiv and Apple, who say there's nothing they can do. Horrible experience. Horrible company.

GBReasons to love aaptiv ... Moving from inner city and into the suburbs meant getting to classes (which I love) very difficult. Aaptiv saved my exercise game, I can exercise where ever, whenever. I don't get to slack as I still get pushed hard by the various trainers and the music is all there ready to go .. currently cross training to 5k with aaptiv and I hate running! I will finish it! Love this app basically! Ps, the new scheduling feature enabling users to add work outs to their calender is a great way to maintain motivation.

GBFree workouts available on YouTube Incredibly American in its "whoo YEAH!" attitude, which can get a bit grating. It is also impossible to cancel your subscription, because they will still take money from your account even after cancellation.

CAExpensive auto renewal - be careful to cancel this!!! I tried out this app did not use it for at least 10+ months, and received no indicator that a yearly subscription charge was coming... I tried to indicate that I did not authorize the purchase, but apparently that is not a reason for a refund. If you stand by your product, you should be able to make sure that your customers are willing participants instead of somehow trapped by the trial membership conditions that you set up. I tried it, it didn't work for me and I deleted this off my phone. Be very careful as you could get roped into paying $125 bucks for something you do not want.

GBThis is a complete scam This is a complete scam. I’ve never used the service nor do I have an account I can access. They’ve charged me $99 for a service I can’t use and furthermore will not confirm that they have removed my information. I’m surprised there is no existing class action lawsuit. Please carefully read customer comments before you download anything.
