This is a complete scam This is a complete scam. I’ve never used the service nor do I have an account I can access. They’ve charged me $99 for a service I can’t use and furthermore will not confirm that they have removed my information. I’m surprised there is no existing class action lawsuit. Please carefully read customer comments before you download anything.

from Blue365…Scam? Received messsge from Blue365 associated with BlueCross that you can join Aaptiv and it’s 19500+ gyms. There web site states they partipate with Elite membership to my local Lifetime fitness. However Lifetime has no knowledge of them. So before committing to a monthly fee, reached out to Aaptiv for clarification. Seems only email communication available. After multiple messsged and requests for information, it became clear that they weren’t reading my messsges and simply sending back bot type questions without reading or addressing my simple question. Is Lifetime fitness part of their network in Florham Park NJ? If i can’t get a direct answer to such a simple question, it’s clear that that are in my opinion a scam or incompetent, Woukd avoid consistent with other reviews! Disappointing!

This company went from great to… This company went from great to terrible. I love the idea this company had- basically its personal training thru sound and awesome music. However over the past month they let go of top trainers and top music. Then last couple weeks removed tons of the programs I participated in. Just over it.

Because I am unable to understand any… Because I am unable to understand any instructions other than for running without a single picture or video. I have seen so many people complaining the same but worst part is that aptive team is not even reacting to it. That's the reason i didn't opted for yearly subscription.

They will not remind you about your upcoming subscription renewal, nor will they refund the money. If you look at their own customer service page through the app, you'll see it's littered with related complaints. Not worth the membership and extremely disappointing. Trust score is as low as I can offer.
