Nonexistent Customer Service The worst customer service in the world. They lost my shipment by putting my wrong zip code allegedly. I gave them the proper zip code upon ordering. The last shipment was sent to me properly but had the wrong item and one missing item. Now they refuse to refund my money after a month and a half of no delivery. They want me to check post offices in my area to find the package. They are crazy. I purchased extra insurance through them to no avail. What a scam. Maybe a class action lawsuit for scamming consumers for fraudulent delivery insurance will wake this alleged company up. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Run from this website. I’ve wasted hours of my time and this company refuses to assist. One excuse after the other. No I’m not driving to multiple post offices in Palm Beach County in search of a missing package due to your mistake. Buyer Beware!

I ordered and paid for 2 bags of mango… I ordered and paid for 2 bags of mango metagenics. I received 1 bag. I have called their company number several times and no one answers and they do not respond to emails. Disputed the charge!

I ordered vitamins through clinical… I ordered vitamins through clinical nutrition centers. When I placed this order I was supposed to get 90 count of the vitamins for around $40.00. However I only received a 30 count. I called the numbers listed on website, one is not working and the other has a voicemail box not set up. I need compensated or I would like to return the whole product. Terrible customer service especially since it was my first time ordering from this company!!!

It's nine days after my order was… It's nine days after my order was confirmed, and I've heard nothing regarding shipping or any timeline. I'd understand if the item was out of stock, but then the website should reflect that information and I would have purchased elsewhere.

What is manual verification Placed order July 6. Status shows manual verification required. I have emailed company twice and have not received any response. I understand that COVID is causing delays. However I placed 2 orders on the same day as this, with vitacost and Zhou nutrition, and have received both already. Will not order from here again.
