GBNot happy I ordered on May 27th and paid for 3-5 day shipping. I just received an email today (June 4th) saying my “Order Status Has Changed” that it is “Awaiting Fulfillment” and that it doesn’t have “Tracking Numbers yet because it has not shipped”. What? It has been over a week and they are just now processing the order.

GBTrustworthy business with fantastic prices. This place is fantastic. At first I wasn't sure of their legitimacy simply because I had never heard of them before and their prices were much lower than any other supplement retailer in the online marketplace. I received my order no problem in a timely manner. I also love that this is a christian based business that provides quality products at lower prices. I would definitely recommend them.

GBWorst customer service ever!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! Will not recommend it to anyone and will write a horrible review on Yelp. No one has answered my recent email. I’m disgusted. I was a Regional Sales Director for a major company and this is not what sales/customer service exemplifies. An absolutely horrible experience. I’m sure no one wat your company will respond to me, which speaks volumes.

GBTom Lawrence says some strange things… Tom Lawrence says some strange things on the radio. He has one location but continues to talk about his store as if he has multiple locations. Why lie Tom? I do believe in natural health but go to someone else. I wouldnt trust him. He sounds like a, lets say, weirdo from his radio show. He makes me laugh. Part and parcel.

GBI cannot access shipment tracking … I cannot access shipment tracking without setting up an account, which I do not care to do. It is very frustrating that I don't have my order yet, which I ordered over a week ago, and don't know if it's even shipped yet!!!
