GBYour online information need. Poor and Disceptive Advertizing Your online information needs improvement as I was suppose to receive a 10% discount on my first order using the code First and discount was not offered at checkout. Tried to receive the discount through corporate after sales with no positive results, They indicate I could use the code FIRST on my subsequent orders. I said sure ok, wink wink, that would be my second order with them not the first order as the coupon discount code represent. Not Happy

I purchased with you in January, 2019 and paid with credit card from abrod (currently I live in Brazil) and had no problem. Now, you changed the payment method and people living abroad cannot purchase from you. UNBELIEVABLE in the XXI century!! In sum, only people living in USA can purchase from you. OMG

GBI ordered vitamins through clinical… I ordered vitamins through clinical nutrition centers. When I placed this order I was supposed to get 90 count of the vitamins for around $40.00. However I only received a 30 count. I called the numbers listed on website, one is not working and the other has a voicemail box not set up. I need compensated or I would like to return the whole product. Terrible customer service especially since it was my first time ordering from this company!!!

GBIt's nine days after my order was… It's nine days after my order was confirmed, and I've heard nothing regarding shipping or any timeline. I'd understand if the item was out of stock, but then the website should reflect that information and I would have purchased elsewhere.

GBI placed a small order like always with… I placed a small order like always with new suppliers and glad that I did. The money was taken off my card and I recieved an email saying thank you for your order. Within a minute I recieved another email saying order status has changed and my order was declined or unauthorized. Well if thats the case then wheres my money cause you sure didnt put it back on my card. Not a good first impression at all!
