GBI cannot access shipment tracking … I cannot access shipment tracking without setting up an account, which I do not care to do. It is very frustrating that I don't have my order yet, which I ordered over a week ago, and don't know if it's even shipped yet!!!

GBNonexistent Customer Service The worst customer service in the world. They lost my shipment by putting my wrong zip code allegedly. I gave them the proper zip code upon ordering. The last shipment was sent to me properly but had the wrong item and one missing item. Now they refuse to refund my money after a month and a half of no delivery. They want me to check post offices in my area to find the package. They are crazy. I purchased extra insurance through them to no avail. What a scam. Maybe a class action lawsuit for scamming consumers for fraudulent delivery insurance will wake this alleged company up. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Run from this website. I’ve wasted hours of my time and this company refuses to assist. One excuse after the other. No I’m not driving to multiple post offices in Palm Beach County in search of a missing package due to your mistake. Buyer Beware!

GBGood, not great!! Overall, I’ve had a decent experience with Clinical Nutrition Center. I would have given them a five star rating if it wasn’t for my last order that wasn’t fulfilled in a timely fashion. I had to call them to enquire why my order had not been shipped even though it had been four days since I placed it.

GBI ordered vitamins through clinical… I ordered vitamins through clinical nutrition centers. When I placed this order I was supposed to get 90 count of the vitamins for around $40.00. However I only received a 30 count. I called the numbers listed on website, one is not working and the other has a voicemail box not set up. I need compensated or I would like to return the whole product. Terrible customer service especially since it was my first time ordering from this company!!!

GBYour online information need. Poor and Disceptive Advertizing Your online information needs improvement as I was suppose to receive a 10% discount on my first order using the code First and discount was not offered at checkout. Tried to receive the discount through corporate after sales with no positive results, They indicate I could use the code FIRST on my subsequent orders. I said sure ok, wink wink, that would be my second order with them not the first order as the coupon discount code represent. Not Happy
