At first I wasn't sure of their legitimacy simply because I had never heard of them before and their prices were much lower than any other supplement retailer in the online marketplace. I received my order no problem in a timely manner. I also love that this is a christian based business that provides quality products at lower prices. I would definitely recommend them.

GBAvailable means of contact do not work Available means of contact do not work. Multiple voice mails and no reply, multiple emails and no reply. Sat on an order with a status of "Manual Verification Required" for 2 business days. Attempts to contact and resolve failed.

GBI placed a small order like always with… I placed a small order like always with new suppliers and glad that I did. The money was taken off my card and I recieved an email saying thank you for your order. Within a minute I recieved another email saying order status has changed and my order was declined or unauthorized. Well if thats the case then wheres my money cause you sure didnt put it back on my card. Not a good first impression at all!

GBWorst customer service ever!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! Will not recommend it to anyone and will write a horrible review on Yelp. No one has answered my recent email. I’m disgusted. I was a Regional Sales Director for a major company and this is not what sales/customer service exemplifies. An absolutely horrible experience. I’m sure no one wat your company will respond to me, which speaks volumes.
