There is NO customer service at… There is NO customer service at Charlotte's Web. Zero for emails. Zero for phone contact. Their 30 guarantee is a fraud as there is NO feedback or interaction with the company. It becomes irrelevant whether the products are good or not when management is only in it for the money you spend.

Most trustworthy vendor of CBD oil I have bought their CBD oil, 60 mg/ml, and have found the product useful to control my anxiety at night and to help me get back to sleep. If you order from them, pay the extra for 2nd day air as their ground service via USPS takes about 3 weeks. Do to Covid, their customer service is not good but they will call you back if you leave them your number. CW did pioneer the use of CBD oil so you can trust them.

ZERO customer service! I purchased a 90 count bottle of their CBD calm gummies. These things gave me a headache, and a weird feeling. I emailed them the next day asking for a refund — 2 weeks later, still no response. It’s been approximately 3 weeks now, and I send them emails almost every day — still ZERO response. Avoid this company like the plague! Horrible product, and ZERO customer service!

Possibly the worst customer service… Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. I ordered on October 23, 2020 the order never came. I called on November 4 and used call back option. Tried again a week later, nothing. I tried emails, and chats through December and January. I got a nonchalant call back on January 25. They are shipping a replacement but did nothing to address the 3 month wait time. "Oh yeah, we're just catching up on our calls. So sorry."

I ordered the gummies called Immune… I ordered the gummies called Immune Support from Charlottesweb.com two weeks ago. Within 3 days of taking two gummies a day my chronic cough from June 3rd of this year is gone. I was seeing a pulmologist for the past two months and CBD has taken care of my cough. It's gone and I'm sold on their products. Already take the sleep CBD's and they work great too.
