GBZERO customer service! I purchased a 90 count bottle of their CBD calm gummies. These things gave me a headache, and a weird feeling. I emailed them the next day asking for a refund — 2 weeks later, still no response. It’s been approximately 3 weeks now, and I send them emails almost every day — still ZERO response. Avoid this company like the plague! Horrible product, and ZERO customer service!

GBZero customer service We received our order last week and the safety seal was broken. So, we emailed to open a case, but never heard back. I called the other day and waited at least 20 mins before I gave up and left a message (because their automated system literally tells you to leave a message every 10 seconds). No one has gotten in touch. I doubt anyone is looking at emails or taking calls. Complete joke

GBThere is NO customer service at… There is NO customer service at Charlotte's Web. Zero for emails. Zero for phone contact. Their 30 guarantee is a fraud as there is NO feedback or interaction with the company. It becomes irrelevant whether the products are good or not when management is only in it for the money you spend.

GBI ordered the gummies called Immune… I ordered the gummies called Immune Support from Charlottesweb.com two weeks ago. Within 3 days of taking two gummies a day my chronic cough from June 3rd of this year is gone. I was seeing a pulmologist for the past two months and CBD has taken care of my cough. It's gone and I'm sold on their products. Already take the sleep CBD's and they work great too.
