GBWait forever to get your product with no help to find it It is 2 weeks and have not received the cbd pain product I needed desperately when I ordered it. They don't answer the phone and tracking with them is no better than doing it on my own. Their communication sucks, and customer service email said it would take up to 4 days to respond. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

GBZero customer service We received our order last week and the safety seal was broken. So, we emailed to open a case, but never heard back. I called the other day and waited at least 20 mins before I gave up and left a message (because their automated system literally tells you to leave a message every 10 seconds). No one has gotten in touch. I doubt anyone is looking at emails or taking calls. Complete joke

GBI ordered the gummies called Immune… I ordered the gummies called Immune Support from Charlottesweb.com two weeks ago. Within 3 days of taking two gummies a day my chronic cough from June 3rd of this year is gone. I was seeing a pulmologist for the past two months and CBD has taken care of my cough. It's gone and I'm sold on their products. Already take the sleep CBD's and they work great too.

CACharlottes web CBD cream Ordered CW CBD cream earlier this year. I use it for inflammation in my knee and for tendinitis which occasionally acts up in my elbow. Received the product promptly and it works great.

GBThree Years to Respond to An Unhappy Customer On 4/15/2021 (Yes, 2021) I placed an order with Charlotte's Web totaling $81.83. A week later on 4/21/2021 when I had not received an order confirmation, a shipping date, etc. I called Charlotte's Web and was told my order had shipped the previous day on 4/20/2021. I received a follow-up email from Charlotte's Web with a tracking number. Weeks went by with no order arriving and the UPS tracking system stating UPS was waiting for Charlotte's Web to drop off my package. I called Charlotte's Web again and again and was told with multiple calls going unanswered. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in 2021 in which I stated an acceptable resolution for an order that never arrived would be a full refund of $81.83. The BBB contacted Charlotte's Web multiple times and did not receive a response. Today, 4/4/2024, three years after the fact, Charlotte's Web responded...three years late!!! Charlotte's Web offered free shipping if I would give them a chance to "regain your trust" by placing another order. Charlotte's Web wins the prize for the most ridiculous 'resolution'in my lifetime.
