Horrible company Horrible company. My 8 year old son got a hold of my phone & placed an order of $14.75 in merchandise PLUS $32.81 IN SHIPPING charges. Totalling $47.56. I immediately emailed the company requesting the order please be cancelled and filled a contact us form out only to get generic automated email response every time. It's been 4 days. 7 attempts on my behalf imploring them to please cancel the ridiculous order (at least the outrageous shipping costs) that my underage son had no right to order. Seems this company gives no regard to their customers or families, just to the profit they can make deceiving people...

Good sale I gotta say- after I ordered my case, I read a bunch of bad reviews from people and got a Lil worried but my case came in two days ago and the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is cause the shipping was a Lil longer than expected but my case is good, exactly what I ordered and the sale went perfectly fine. So, thank u cellularoutfitter for a smooth transaction.

I purchased a phone charger Cable that… I purchased a phone charger Cable that stated it was compatible to my Samsung 8S phone. It didn’t work. I don’t think it was defective; it looks well made. When I checked into returning the the item for credit or exchange I read that the Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The Cable is NET $4.99 and I was charged $11.71 Shipping for the original order. It’s not cost effective to return the item. Now I have a Cable that we can’t use and other family members have iPhones and can’t use this Cable.

Good company service, but..... As your confirmation email said I'm anxiously awaiting my package. I don't know if it was my mistake, Cellular Outfitters error, or US Postal Service misguidance but my original order was returned to Cellular Outfitters as "Moved, left no forwarding address." The company was prompt in acknowledging the problem but slow in shipping a replacement...slow enough that the smartphone I'd ordered a case for started dieing and has been replaced! So now when (and if) the case arrives it can go on an unused phone.

Great Company I have used Cellular Outfitters for several years to purchase covers for mine and my husband's cell phones. Ordering is easy, prices are excellent, and quality is great! Everything I have purchased comes in a timely manner and is as described. Will continue doing business with them.
