split shipment Although I did receive all the items I ordered, they were shipped in two separate shipments. This seems to be more expensive than all at once, but more importantly, there should have been some explanation, or at least some sort of notice. Maybe have labels printed that say, "First of two shipments", or "Partial shipment, remainder to follow". Had you asked for a review right after the first shipment, I would have given you, "One star, minus five stars!"

Always great products This is the only place I have ordered phone cases and screen protectors for 8 years. I have never had a problem finding what I've needed. I have always had excellent service and have always been very satisfied with my purchases. I will shop here again for my next phone needs in the future.

Good sale I gotta say- after I ordered my case, I read a bunch of bad reviews from people and got a Lil worried but my case came in two days ago and the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is cause the shipping was a Lil longer than expected but my case is good, exactly what I ordered and the sale went perfectly fine. Unable to communicate directly Unable to communicate directly. In order to get "chat" support you must pay $$ first before being put in contact with a live chat representative. Big concern is that I opened acct with my data several months ago. At checkout my husband's gmail + AMEX number auto-populates acct and I'm unable to change it. Cancelled order, deleted account. Will shop elsewhere, somewhere I trust.
