USMisleading photos I ordered a case for my husband and for me for our Moto G Stylus phones. The item was Rubberized Hybrid Shock Absorption Protective Case With Rotatable Ring Stand. His, the blue was as pictured, but my green arrived TOTALLY different. The photo showed a sharp metallic green and it ended up being hospital gown mint. Yes, I had the option to return it, but it would have cost almost the amount of the case to pay for shipping. Because I had a coupon, I was offered another case up to $5.49, but my only two options were cheap blue or clear cases. UGH!

USHorrible company Horrible company. My 8 year old son got a hold of my phone & placed an order of $14.75 in merchandise PLUS $32.81 IN SHIPPING charges. Totalling $47.56. I immediately emailed the company requesting the order please be cancelled and filled a contact us form out only to get generic automated email response every time. It's been 4 days. 7 attempts on my behalf imploring them to please cancel the ridiculous order (at least the outrageous shipping costs) that my underage son had no right to order. Seems this company gives no regard to their customers or families, just to the profit they can make deceiving people...

USI ordered another phone case and I love… I ordered another phone case and I love it. Cellular always has something new and has their cases at reasonable prices. You don't have to pay a large amount of money for nice accessories.. I will continue to use Cellular Outfitters for all my phones..

USI purchased a phone charger Cable that… I purchased a phone charger Cable that stated it was compatible to my Samsung 8S phone. It didn’t work. I don’t think it was defective; it looks well made. When I checked into returning the the item for credit or exchange I read that the Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The Cable is NET $4.99 and I was charged $11.71 Shipping for the original order. It’s not cost effective to return the item. Now I have a Cable that we can’t use and other family members have iPhones and can’t use this Cable.

CAsplit shipment Although I did receive all the items I ordered, they were shipped in two separate shipments. This seems to be more expensive than all at once, but more importantly, there should have been some explanation, or at least some sort of notice. Maybe have labels printed that say, "First of two shipments", or "Partial shipment, remainder to follow". Had you asked for a review right after the first shipment, I would have given you, "One star, minus five stars!"
