CAsplit shipment Although I did receive all the items I ordered, they were shipped in two separate shipments. This seems to be more expensive than all at once, but more importantly, there should have been some explanation, or at least some sort of notice. Maybe have labels printed that say, "First of two shipments", or "Partial shipment, remainder to follow". Had you asked for a review right after the first shipment, I would have given you, "One star, minus five stars!"

GBNEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered 1/31/22 they debited my account on 2/2 it arrived at upstairs 2/5 253 pm it is still there 2/19 . I emailed cellular all they said was ups had it. I email again asking for a refund 1 week later no response. SOLUTION I filed stop payment they refunded my money problem solved NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Annette said this is an internet company no phone number

GBGood sale I gotta say- after I ordered my case, I read a bunch of bad reviews from people and got a Lil worried but my case came in two days ago and the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is cause the shipping was a Lil longer than expected but my case is good, exactly what I ordered and the sale went perfectly fine. So, thank u cellularoutfitter for a smooth transaction.

GBNo Customer Service Ordered May 14, still have not received package. Was sent UPS through Mail Innovations. USPS and UPS both claim other has it but can’t investigate except through sender. No phone number available for cellular outfitters but they want you to contact them through text. Phone number disconnected, how do you text? Lesson learned. Arrived June 8.

CA***SHIPPING FEES****after you submit order They have great pricing on their product line HOWEVER my order total was increased about 50% AFTER i submitted my order. My order was for $28.77 and they charged me $15.42 shipping. They do not show u on the order screen what your shipping fee will cost you until AFTER you confirm/submit your order. This should be illegal. They should have to tell you before you submit your order how much shipping is on the screen when you are confirming your order! UPDATE: I received an email back from the company saying it was possible that a shipping cost "Apply" button was missed on the Checkout Page. i didn't see one, and i still think it should show automatically in some step before the submission page. The representative refunded half my shipping fee which is super appreciated but i hope that they fix the way their order screens are presented and processed from a consumers point of view.
