GBI had bought Hypervolt+ year a go I had bought Hypervolt+ year a go. I am now 74 and due to Corona I would have been disabled by now. Hypervolt+ gave me at my age mobility and able to function my daily chore. I had some repair to be done on my Hypervolt+ and was under warranty by few days remaining before expiring. Cristina was so helpful and immediately sent me Return label and in two days I got it back. Incredible service.

GBExceptional customer service I contacted customer service and was absolutely blown away by the level of care and support. As most people know, customer service is vital when looking at a product. I will buy more items because I know the company puts its customers first which is a rarity today. Truly and completely satisfied with Hyperice.

GBTerrible customer service- 3 weeks no refund Returned my order and have been chasing for a refund for over 3 weeks since. Got told an email I received about 'new order shipping' was an error and I needed to wait more time. It's been 3 weeks and so far zero refund. Awful service, I have had to chase several times and receive very short, unhelpful answers. Overpriced products compared to competitors and I won't be buying from them again.

GBI use Hyperice products everyday! I use Hyperice products everyday for pre-workout warm up and post workout recovery. I have the Hypervolt Go, which is so light and yet so powerful, the Viper 2 and the Viper Go both of which provide great myofascial release and the Venom Leg which I just got and is super helpful for trouble spots in the legs and I actually use it on my arms too. The vibration and heat at the same time is very effective.

GBThe best customer service I've experienced in a long time! I had a fault with my Normatec Boots where they weren't charging. I emailed in and got a response very quickly, after a couple of problem solving attempts I asked if they could send out a new charger for me to try as that would be the simplest fix. This was met with an immediate yes and the charger arrived a few days later. Alex kept me up to date every step of the way and was extremely helpful. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
