GBCustomer Service Perfection! After a couple of years, my hypervolt battery screws broke off and I inquired with their live chat rep for guidance. After asking for a quick and easy serial number... I was offered an easy free replacement. Such amazing customer service and truly a save of a lot of time and back and forth. My hypervolt has been a trusted companion on my health journey and I'm so excited this process to fix was simple and customer centric! Great Job Hyperice!

GBPoor Customer Service Ordered a device from Amazon, and it was supposed to be signature required!! It says delivered, but nothing! Amazon refuses to help me and last time I messaged Hyperice on January 12th at 12:35 pm about a different question, they have yet to respond!! Love being out $130!! Edited: neighbor had the package because it was misdelivered!! I sent William copies from my surveillance cameras after he was EXTREMELY rude and accused me of lying!! Returning it because it’s a horrible business!!

GBaccept no substitute My wife and i both have occasional lower back discomfort to the extent of limiting our mobility. There have been numerous occasions (including moving day to our new house) where we would have been bedridden without our hyperice waist packs. We have tried other products but the bottom line is that you usually get what you pay for. We each have a pack and an arsenal of fuel refills in case both of us are stricken simultaneously.

GBHyperice Go - Beware Return Policy I purchased a Hyperice Go. After trying the product, I determined it was ineffective and difficult to use. I was surprised to learn that the return policy is to charge me $15 (Roughly 15%) of the purchase price, PLUS requiring me to pay for return by FedEx label. The overall cost to return the item “for a full refund” is not what I expected. My error in not knowing T&C. Bad marketing policy will prevent me from purchasing another Hyperice product. I have Theragun device which is a great product. Not the “GO” ball

GBJust caveat emptor in Irvine Calif. Received my Hyperice product, which to-date seems to be working well. The unit is supposed to blue tooth to a Hyperice App. This is just BS!!! (1) After almost a week of writing and calling Co., I still am NOT able to even sign into my account. Hence, I cannot use the App. This company has the most incompetent customer service & NO tech support. WOW!!! I guess its caveat emptor in Irvine Calif.
