GBAre they out of business??? Are they out of business??? Sent in my iPhone XS Max that had two issues, a broken screen, and water damage due to the screen being broken. It took about 3 weeks to get the phone back (parts were apparently back ordered) and now to my big surprise, the screen has not been repaired/replaced. I guess I can be happy to have the phone back since the website is down. :-(

GBTicket Information I would like to see a description of what is wrong with the device when I look up to track the ticket. I don’t always get the full description of what is going on when I email about the ticket to customer support. Overall, turn around time for the device is not bad and I love being able to ship it off for repair.
