GBAre they out of business??? Are they out of business??? Sent in my iPhone XS Max that had two issues, a broken screen, and water damage due to the screen being broken. It took about 3 weeks to get the phone back (parts were apparently back ordered) and now to my big surprise, the screen has not been repaired/replaced. I guess I can be happy to have the phone back since the website is down. :-(

GBWhy buy insurance anywhere else. I’ve never had a claim so I have no idea how that process works or how the customer service is. As far as price goes Insure Apple insurance is half as much as the service providers. It covers so much more. No limit on claims. Cheaper deductibles! Why would you not use this service! I hope I never have to file a claim but if I do I’m confident I’ll be in good hands.

GBIf the claim is genuine police report… If the claim is genuine police report and blacklisting options not needed like other vendors or carriers follows. Except these two things everything is excellent service.
