If the claim is genuine police report… If the claim is genuine police report and blacklisting options not needed like other vendors or carriers follows. Except these two things everything is excellent service.

Ticket Information I would like to see a description of what is wrong with the device when I look up to track the ticket. I don’t always get the full description of what is going on when I email about the ticket to customer support. Overall, turn around time for the device is not bad and I love being able to ship it off for repair.
