Worst company ever. AIG Worst customer service ever. I’ve been waiting over 1 month to get my replacement device. This is 3 weeks after they “approved” the claim. Then they sent me an email saying my credit card needed to be updated, but the “only” person at their company who could update my credit card was on vacation for 10 days! Finally when he got back from vacation I been trying to reach them, but I get put on hold for 45 minutes + and then get hung up on. Worst company ever!!

If the claim is genuine police report… If the claim is genuine police report and blacklisting options not needed like other vendors or carriers follows. Except these two things everything is excellent service.
