GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Im in the UK but the call centre is in the US. Apart from the first customer service point you have no options to escalate your claim. You can't speak to anyone its always we will get back to you. My daughter had her phone stolen over 3 weeks ago. You would think between Apple and AIG 2 major companies this would be a simple process but its a joke! I still don't have an answer from them so this review may get much much worse!!

GBTakes too long. The whole process takes too long. There is no loaner iPad to borrow. My kid had no iPad for 3 weeks for the school. Fix and support was good.

GBWhy buy insurance anywhere else. I’ve never had a claim so I have no idea how that process works or how the customer service is. As far as price goes Insure Apple insurance is half as much as the service providers. It covers so much more. No limit on claims. Cheaper deductibles! Why would you not use this service! I hope I never have to file a claim but if I do I’m confident I’ll be in good hands.
