Are they out of business??? Are they out of business??? Sent in my iPhone XS Max that had two issues, a broken screen, and water damage due to the screen being broken. It took about 3 weeks to get the phone back (parts were apparently back ordered) and now to my big surprise, the screen has not been repaired/replaced. I guess I can be happy to have the phone back since the website is down. :-(

If the claim is genuine police report… If the claim is genuine police report and blacklisting options not needed like other vendors or carriers follows. Except these two things everything is excellent service.

The claim submission experience is much… The claim submission experience is much better, but we are still sometimes getting iPads sent to us that do not belong to the district. I will be sending them back with the next set of claims. Thanks.
