GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Im in the UK but the call centre is in the US. Apart from the first customer service point you have no options to escalate your claim. You can't speak to anyone its always we will get back to you. My daughter had her phone stolen over 3 weeks ago. You would think between Apple and AIG 2 major companies this would be a simple process but its a joke! I still don't have an answer from them so this review may get much much worse!!

GBThe claim submission experience is much… The claim submission experience is much better, but we are still sometimes getting iPads sent to us that do not belong to the district. I will be sending them back with the next set of claims. Thanks.
