At first i was not sure about this… At first i was not sure about this insurance, but they really are legit. They replaced my stolen ipad pro! Thanks insure apple!!!!!!

Worst company ever. AIG Worst customer service ever. I’ve been waiting over 1 month to get my replacement device. This is 3 weeks after they “approved” the claim. Then they sent me an email saying my credit card needed to be updated, but the “only” person at their company who could update my credit card was on vacation for 10 days! Finally when he got back from vacation I been trying to reach them, but I get put on hold for 45 minutes + and then get hung up on. Worst company ever!!

Honest opinion I love it completely.The services and the price they offer is unbelievable.

Why buy insurance anywhere else. I’ve never had a claim so I have no idea how that process works or how the customer service is. As far as price goes Insure Apple insurance is half as much as the service providers. It covers so much more. No limit on claims. Cheaper deductibles! Why would you not use this service! I hope I never have to file a claim but if I do I’m confident I’ll be in good hands.
