Worst company ever. AIG Worst customer service ever. I’ve been waiting over 1 month to get my replacement device. This is 3 weeks after they “approved” the claim. Then they sent me an email saying my credit card needed to be updated, but the “only” person at their company who could update my credit card was on vacation for 10 days! Finally when he got back from vacation I been trying to reach them, but I get put on hold for 45 minutes + and then get hung up on. Worst company ever!!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Im in the UK but the call centre is in the US. Apart from the first customer service point you have no options to escalate your claim. You can't speak to anyone its always we will get back to you. My daughter had her phone stolen over 3 weeks ago. You would think between Apple and AIG 2 major companies this would be a simple process but its a joke! I still don't have an answer from them so this review may get much much worse!!

Honest opinion I love it completely.The services and the price they offer is unbelievable.
