GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Im in the UK but the call centre is in the US. Apart from the first customer service point you have no options to escalate your claim. You can't speak to anyone its always we will get back to you. My daughter had her phone stolen over 3 weeks ago. You would think between Apple and AIG 2 major companies this would be a simple process but its a joke! I still don't have an answer from them so this review may get much much worse!!

GBTakes too long. The whole process takes too long. There is no loaner iPad to borrow. My kid had no iPad for 3 weeks for the school. Fix and support was good.

GBWorst company ever. AIG Worst customer service ever. I’ve been waiting over 1 month to get my replacement device. This is 3 weeks after they “approved” the claim. Then they sent me an email saying my credit card needed to be updated, but the “only” person at their company who could update my credit card was on vacation for 10 days! Finally when he got back from vacation I been trying to reach them, but I get put on hold for 45 minutes + and then get hung up on. Worst company ever!!

GBI seem to have quite a few claims in… I seem to have quite a few claims in the last month. Always so quick to get back with mailing labels, etc.. Thanks

GBReturn shipping needs to be more… Return shipping needs to be more secure. Other than that I am pleased with the service.
