GBFalse advertising, waste of time I ordered a replacement phone screen; the product page said same-day shipping (I was well within the time frame mentioned) and free two-day shipping on orders over $65 (my screen more than surpassed this). Didn't get a shipping notification until two days after I ordered, and four days later I got a cancellation e-mail because they were out of stock. Complete waste of time; shop elsewhere.

GBI’d give less stars if I could I’d give less stars if I could. Sent me a defective google pixel pro 6 screen and then wouldn't exchange or refund me. Customer service wouldn’t answer any of my messages. Absolute rubbish. I bet these good reviews are bots

GBI ordered an iPhone 8 front camera… I ordered an iPhone 8 front camera replacement. I changed my mind about it so I tried to cancel the order but they said it was shipped out already. It had been 2 hours since I placed the order. I waited until it arrived so I could return it. Their policy says you have to fill out a return authorization form in able to return the item. I emailed them for the form. After 4 days they finally sent it to me. I thought they would provide me with a return label but no you have to pay for shipping yourself. The cost of shipping the item back would be more than what I paid for the item and more than what they would even refund me because they also keep a percentage of what you paid also minus the cost you paid for shipping. So returning the item would actually be more of a lost. Shaking my head🤦🏽♀️

GBFantastic service. I took my iPod here to repair, despite being extremely busy had my phone fixed so quickly. Received good advise from the staff members and my phone is as good as new now. Very professional service I ever experienced.
