Took money, no inventory, no notification, no ETA for backorder $270 for "genuine" Samsung S20U screen/glass/touch, nothing showed up. FEDEX number generated, 3 days later nothing. Called, phone line doesn't work, doesn't even ring. Chat person was friendly and apologetic. How can some one in the tech sector do 2FA with no phone for a week?

I ordered a wi-fi / bluetooth component for my Xbox One X, item was affordable (even more affordable than Chinese competitors!). Item arrived super quick and was well packaged. I’d give less stars if I could I’d give less stars if I could. Sent me a defective google pixel pro 6 screen and then wouldn't exchange or refund me. Customer service wouldn’t answer any of my messages. Absolute rubbish. I bet these good reviews are bots
