GBDefective Merchandise, Partial Refund! Ordered/received a smartphone camera lens assembly found to have micro scratches on camera lens. I returned defective part but this company only refunded cost of part itself, not the shipping fees nor the cost for return postage. I have never in my life, experienced such a blatant rip-off by an online retailer that would not provide a full refund, including shipping costs for defective merchandise. I intend to post this on FB and as well and made permanent note in my cell phone to never deal with Repairs Universe, nor their apparent supplier "Fixez.com".

GBTook money, no inventory, no notification, no ETA for backorder $270 for "genuine" Samsung S20U screen/glass/touch, nothing showed up. FEDEX number generated, 3 days later nothing. Called, phone line doesn't work, doesn't even ring. Chat person was friendly and apologetic. How can some one in the tech sector do 2FA with no phone for a week?
