USTheir roadside assistance company is a ripoff I have been using Bouncie for 2 years and I have never had a problem up until now. I needed to use the roadside assistance that is included in the membership. I call the 1800 number and go through the process of giving my cars location and all. At the end the guy tells me that I have to pay $95 because I used the roadside assistance 3 times before and you can only use it free 3 times in a year. I have never used the road side assistance through my Bouncie membership, NEVER! Then he proceeds to tell me to call the same number back and choose the other choice on the phone to verify that I haven't used them 3 times. So I ask him why can’t he transfer me. Then he gives a different phone number and tells me I need to call that number. Folks, it was the same people but a different phone number. I went through the same thing a second time. Was told I needed to call the number back and choose the other choice. The only other choice on the phone is to send in a reimbursement form. This tells me a lot. They do this a lot because the lady then tells me that I can pay and then get a reimbursement. Screw them! Bouncie needs to partner up with a better roadside company because these people are most likely ripping unsuspecting people off. I have never used their roadside company and I never will.

USNo one to talk to and chat is taking forever to respond 2 things: 1) it has become more glitchy lately but I cannot talk to someone to trouble shoot the issue. Historically, it worked great, so I need some verbal assistance instead of digging through lots of online info. 2) it says it cannot get the bill paid, but I see a receipt for payment in my email. I am confused and have been waiting on the chat now for 15 minutes. The leading questions are dead end since none of the options describe my issue. So far terrible customer service when you have billing or performance issues.

USGreat design, terrible performance The design and concept are great, but the actual experience using the device as been a grade or two below mediocre. Not a single day without errors impairing its basic function ... wrong parking location (often half a mile away), missing trip data, frequent disconnect errors, etc. Customer service is responsive and even sent me a replacement device, but the problems persist. We live in a mid-size town with excellent cell coverage.

USBouncie bricked my device, thinks I should just buy a new one The one star I gave is for the fact that when the service worked, it worked well. However, today I tried to reactivate my Bouncie device after a period when I didn’t need it, only to be told by support that they are “moving away from” the network my device works on, that it will no longer work, and that I will need to purchase a new one at full price. The only “discount” they’ll offer is a 2 month free subscription. No trade in program, because (in their words) they “simply are not offering” one. I’m now stuck with a completely useless device and no way to track my vehicles. And why would I bother buying another Bouncie device when I know they’ll probably just brick that one after a year or two because of another “network” change? Thanks, Bouncie!

USIt never worked It never worked. The response was always delayed and it always read my speed as going as much as thirty miles over the speed I was going. I had difficulty setting it up and now it’s tracking be going way faster than I am and sometimes showing me in different spots than I’m at
