Bouncie is the best! I did quite a bit or research on various GPS auto trackers for an elderly family member we were concerned about. Bouncie checked all of the boxes and then some. The data is accurate, well represented, real-time, and allowed us to confirm our suspicions and take corrective action to keep our loved one safe. The pricing was great and chatting with a customer service rep was wonderful at putting my mind at ease regarding the privacy safeguards Bouncie puts in place to protect your data. I recommend this service wholeheartedly for those with an elderly driver or a concerned parent of a teenage driver. 5 stars from me. Thank you Bouncie!

Solid platform, but needs a couple of tweaks I like the features of Bouncie, but compared to a service I had from another company, notifications on Bouncie are very delayed. Sometimes they don't come in at all. The only other request would be to allow landscape mode using an iPad. I really like the UI, so it's very close to a very solid platform if the notifications would be remotely close to real time.

I have only had this unit a month now… I have only had this unit a month now and from day 1 to present time it is not working properly as I have to keep updating events and alerts. I am returning this item today purchased from Amazon and would not recommend this product to anyone. I want my refund now.

The Bouncie device is great The Bouncie device is great. I get an alert if something is wrong with the vehicle or if it's just time for maintenance. I get an alert if my elderly mother (who still drives) strays outside a pre-defined area. I can open the APP at anytime to see exactly where her vehicle is located, or just to know that she has arrived at her destination, or back home safely everyday.

Would be a five star review BUT... We use bouncie for our fleet of after school vans. We do love it, however because we use multiple vans it would be nice to make pin drops of all of the schools in the app and whenever ANY of our vans goes to that location we are notified. As of now we need to make pin drops under each vans’s profile which is very tedious.
