GBNo one to talk to and chat is taking forever to respond 2 things: 1) it has become more glitchy lately but I cannot talk to someone to trouble shoot the issue. Historically, it worked great, so I need some verbal assistance instead of digging through lots of online info. 2) it says it cannot get the bill paid, but I see a receipt for payment in my email. I am confused and have been waiting on the chat now for 15 minutes. The leading questions are dead end since none of the options describe my issue. So far terrible customer service when you have billing or performance issues.

GBLifesaver for us having an elderly… Lifesaver for us having an elderly parent driving but occasionally takes 5 minutes to update. Normally it updates every minute. When we are trying to help her drive, it is mighty inconvenient when it doesn’t update properly. We live in a metropolitan area so that shouldn’t be an issue. Other than that...no complaints!

GBSolid platform, but needs a couple of tweaks I like the features of Bouncie, but compared to a service I had from another company, notifications on Bouncie are very delayed. Sometimes they don't come in at all. The only other request would be to allow landscape mode using an iPad. I really like the UI, so it's very close to a very solid platform if the notifications would be remotely close to real time.

GBGreat design, terrible performance The design and concept are great, but the actual experience using the device as been a grade or two below mediocre. Not a single day without errors impairing its basic function ... wrong parking location (often half a mile away), missing trip data, frequent disconnect errors, etc. Customer service is responsive and even sent me a replacement device, but the problems persist. We live in a mid-size town with excellent cell coverage.

GBDon't buy this Inaccurate, oversensitive, and slow. The device doesn't notify the app until several minutes after a triggering event, which could be the difference between life and death in some situations. Also, the device gives hard acceleration and hard braking alerts way too often; I rode in the car with my son and the whole drive felt quite smooth and safe, but the app gave three notifications for acceleration and braking. Also, on this drive, my son never went over 50 miles per hour, yet the app said he went 60. If he wanted to, he could simply unplug the device and we would know nothing of his driving. Plus, one time, it gave an acceleration alert from 34-17 miles per hour. How do you accelerate from 34-17? I would never recommend this device to anybody.
