Don't buy this Inaccurate, oversensitive, and slow. The device doesn't notify the app until several minutes after a triggering event, which could be the difference between life and death in some situations. Also, the device gives hard acceleration and hard braking alerts way too often; I rode in the car with my son and the whole drive felt quite smooth and safe, but the app gave three notifications for acceleration and braking. Also, on this drive, my son never went over 50 miles per hour, yet the app said he went 60. If he wanted to, he could simply unplug the device and we would know nothing of his driving. Plus, one time, it gave an acceleration alert from 34-17 miles per hour. How do you accelerate from 34-17? I would never recommend this device to anybody.

No one to talk to and chat is taking forever to respond 2 things: 1) it has become more glitchy lately but I cannot talk to someone to trouble shoot the issue. Historically, it worked great, so I need some verbal assistance instead of digging through lots of online info. 2) it says it cannot get the bill paid, but I see a receipt for payment in my email. I am confused and have been waiting on the chat now for 15 minutes. The leading questions are dead end since none of the options describe my issue. So far terrible customer service when you have billing or performance issues.

Bouncie is the best! I did quite a bit or research on various GPS auto trackers for an elderly family member we were concerned about. Bouncie checked all of the boxes and then some. The data is accurate, well represented, real-time, and allowed us to confirm our suspicions and take corrective action to keep our loved one safe. The pricing was great and chatting with a customer service rep was wonderful at putting my mind at ease regarding the privacy safeguards Bouncie puts in place to protect your data. Some Peace of Mind for Parents of a College Daughter Bouncie has been perfect for our daughter who has moved away for college. We don’t use it to track her but rather as a safety net in case she encounters trouble during her daily travels through the mountainous backroads of Georgia. Also, the preventative car care updates from Bouncie’s communications with the vehicle’s computer systems are also wonderful to help guide her on the nature and timing of the car services she needs to attend. My daughter appreciates Bouncie and as parents, we love it too! ❤️

It has worked great most of the time It has worked great most of the time. There have been approximately 3 times that we received an error message about the location of the car when our son was actively driving. Other than those few times it has been great and since installing on our son's car he knows we will know how he is driving so he is much more careful and gets fewer alerts than when we first installed it.
