GBWe installed 4 Bouncie devices onā¦March 2019 We installed 4 Bouncie devices on vehicles that employees drive at our second home. We advised employees that tracking devices are installed as purpose is to deter abuse. Bouncie allows me to monitor remotely how vehicles are being used. Vehicle use for non-business purposes has basically been eliminated since installing Bouncie tracking devices. Reporting of error codes when vehicle is not performing well has been most helpful. Don't use all the features, but appreciate the low battery warnings, speed and hard braking and fuel economy reporting.

GBBouncie is my Eyes.... Helps me keep up with our work trucks, guys and after hour use of a parked vehicalš....When I have a customer ask where is my home (we r a mobile home moving company) I can just look at tracker and tell customer vs call them and interup their driving and cell phone use!!! PERFECT.........

GBDon't buy this Inaccurate, oversensitive, and slow. The device doesn't notify the app until several minutes after a triggering event, which could be the difference between life and death in some situations. Also, the device gives hard acceleration and hard braking alerts way too often; I rode in the car with my son and the whole drive felt quite smooth and safe, but the app gave three notifications for acceleration and braking. Also, on this drive, my son never went over 50 miles per hour, yet the app said he went 60. If he wanted to, he could simply unplug the device and we would know nothing of his driving. Plus, one time, it gave an acceleration alert from 34-17 miles per hour. How do you accelerate from 34-17? I would never recommend this device to anybody.

GBNot Impressed I bought this to track my classic car with a modern engine but thought I first test it in my 2015 Chevy Volt. I drive about nine miles to work each day, each way. Looking at my tracks I found them to be incomplete. Starting miles away from my house or office and ending before my final destination and multiple trips within one drive. Every day my tracks have different distances for the same drive.

GBTheir roadside assistance company is a ripoff I have been using Bouncie for 2 years and I have never had a problem up until now. I needed to use the roadside assistance that is included in the membership. I call the 1800 number and go through the process of giving my cars location and all. At the end the guy tells me that I have to pay $95 because I used the roadside assistance 3 times before and you can only use it free 3 times in a year. I have never used the road side assistance through my Bouncie membership, NEVER! Then he proceeds to tell me to call the same number back and choose the other choice on the phone to verify that I haven't used them 3 times. So I ask him why canāt he transfer me. Then he gives a different phone number and tells me I need to call that number. Folks, it was the same people but a different phone number. I went through the same thing a second time. Was told I needed to call the number back and choose the other choice. The only other choice on the phone is to send in a reimbursement form. This tells me a lot. They do this a lot because the lady then tells me that I can pay and then get a reimbursement. Screw them! Bouncie needs to partner up with a better roadside company because these people are most likely ripping unsuspecting people off. I have never used their roadside company and I never will.
