I have only had this unit a month now… I have only had this unit a month now and from day 1 to present time it is not working properly as I have to keep updating events and alerts. I am returning this item today purchased from Amazon and would not recommend this product to anyone. I want my refund now.

Bouncie is a Godsend... Bouncie has been a Godsend for our daughter’s car. Not only has it helped us keep track of her but it has also given us critical real time information. We know about how she is driving, her fuel consumption, long idle times (17 year old girl), as well as maintenance issues like her transmission slipping or other check engine light conditions. We love the Bouncie and will be putting another into our son’s car when he is old enough to drive.

Bouncie is the best! I did quite a bit or research on various GPS auto trackers for an elderly family member we were concerned about. Bouncie checked all of the boxes and then some. The data is accurate, well represented, real-time, and allowed us to confirm our suspicions and take corrective action to keep our loved one safe. The pricing was great and chatting with a customer service rep was wonderful at putting my mind at ease regarding the privacy safeguards Bouncie puts in place to protect your data. Would be a five star review BUT... We use bouncie for our fleet of after school vans. We do love it, however because we use multiple vans it would be nice to make pin drops of all of the schools in the app and whenever ANY of our vans goes to that location we are notified. As of now we need to make pin drops under each vans’s profile which is very tedious.

I am a quadriplegic with caregivers… I am a quadriplegic with caregivers that transport me in my handicap accessible van. Sometimes they drop me off at my destination and take my van back home. I had suspicions that they were driving recklessly and joyriding around town. After I installed Bouncie my fuel bill was cut in half and I can be assured that they are driving it carefully. I highly recommend Bouncie to anybody that has employee driving a company vehicle!
