Great design, terrible performance The design and concept are great, but the actual experience using the device as been a grade or two below mediocre. Not a single day without errors impairing its basic function ... wrong parking location (often half a mile away), missing trip data, frequent disconnect errors, etc. Customer service is responsive and even sent me a replacement device, but the problems persist. We live in a mid-size town with excellent cell coverage.

I am a quadriplegic with caregivers… I am a quadriplegic with caregivers that transport me in my handicap accessible van. Sometimes they drop me off at my destination and take my van back home. I had suspicions that they were driving recklessly and joyriding around town. After I installed Bouncie my fuel bill was cut in half and I can be assured that they are driving it carefully. I highly recommend Bouncie to anybody that has employee driving a company vehicle!

Bouncie is my Eyes.... Helps me keep up with our work trucks, guys and after hour use of a parked vehical😉....When I have a customer ask where is my home (we r a mobile home moving company) I can just look at tracker and tell customer vs call them and interup their driving and cell phone use!!! PERFECT.........

Bouncie is the best! I did quite a bit or research on various GPS auto trackers for an elderly family member we were concerned about. Bouncie checked all of the boxes and then some. The data is accurate, well represented, real-time, and allowed us to confirm our suspicions and take corrective action to keep our loved one safe. The pricing was great and chatting with a customer service rep was wonderful at putting my mind at ease regarding the privacy safeguards Bouncie puts in place to protect your data. Not Impressed I bought this to track my classic car with a modern engine but thought I first test it in my 2015 Chevy Volt. I drive about nine miles to work each day, each way. Looking at my tracks I found them to be incomplete. Starting miles away from my house or office and ending before my final destination and multiple trips within one drive. Every day my tracks have different distances for the same drive.
