Their pricing was very competitive and the whole checkout process was very smooth. I also paid for the white glove delivery service where a trucking company brings the item inside your house, unpack and switch on the TV to make sure the item is not damaged. I was happy I bought the white glove service because the TV is very heavy and it would have been very hard if I had tried to do all of that myself. Sony Bravia 85" I am in LOVE with my new TV. The Sony Bravia 85" exceeded all of my expectations. The service and communication from Victor @ Game Liquidators was superb! The white glove treatment was huge plus and gave me peace of mind by confirming my TV was in working order before the delivery team left the premises.

Once the product got shipped all the tracking was very easy through the provided portal. The delivery was on time fast and zero issues.

I ordered a 65"OLED on 09/20/2022 and as of early 02/26/2022 I have not received shipping confirmation or any response from GL. My 4 emails to Victor and multiple calls to Manny have gone unanswered. The posted GL reviews convinced me to try them for their discounted pricing but it appears the reviews may be misleading. A week without TV, especially in football season, is downright torturous. SHIP MY TV GL! On the 09/27/2022, I was contacted by Manny who told me they were on vacation and that the TV I ordered was damaged and they didn't have another. Manny's replacement proposals were off the chart in price. I cancelled the order of the 29th and went to Best Buy. ALERT - I would stay clear of this company. The credit card number I gave them for the TV was fraudulently used to purchase other expensive electronic items that night. Coincidence?

Very Good Experience: 65" LG CX OLED TV I had a very good experience buying an LG 65" CX OLED TV from Game Liquidations. It was nice after placing the order that they called me and talked a bit about shipping options (I ended up going with the single truck logistics / white glove service). The delivery via AM Home Delivery was only one day over the estimated delivery window. It was also very good that they followed up with me via email about a week after the delivery happened to confirm that everything was going well and that I was happy with my purchase/experience.
