IT’S A SCAM It’s a scam. I read that in a review and focused only on the positive reviews and took the gamble. I ordered a $1000 tv one month ago. The charge went through and I never even received a confirmation. Their phone numbers don’t work, no one answers their emails. The entire thing seems like a scam. The voicemail just says email Victor. I’ve asked for a refund with no response.

Big TV Big Savings I saved a ton of money on my new Sony OLED 65" TV. I comparison shopped for some time and GL was by far the best deal. I would estimate I saved $3,000 over retailers like Best Buy. It did take a while to get the product due to supply chain issues and in the end, I spent a little extra for premium shipment but I still banked the significant savings mentioned above. Victor did a great job in handling my transaction and keeping me informed.

Purchased an LG oled65cxpua Purchased an LG oled65cxpua. When I ordered it I selected standard shipping. I get a call telling me it’s on back order and was offered a different model. I said no. I want what I ordered LG oled65cxpua I was told there would be a delay. Their web site today shows Estimated Delivery Friday, 17 June and that they have 14 left. BIG LIE. Then the guy offers me WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING. He tells me they will bring it in to the room of my choice and set it up. I said okay. The day of delivery comes guess what wrong TV is being delivered. I told them I refuse it as that is not the model I ordered. I email Game Liquidations. No apology. I am told they made a mistake and that I have to wait for the correct one. I wait. Day of delivery comes. Two guys bring tv in open the beat up box. It is the correct model. All of the styrofoam have model numbers for differentbTV’s. No film on the front of the TV. The stand should come with 7 screws all of the same length. I get 4 long screws 2 short screws. The TV remote is all scuffed. This is no way in hell a new TV I paid $1600 for. I immediately emailed them. They tell me the TV was shipped from the manufacturer and that they said it was new. The TV box has an Amazon label that says I must register the TV under Amazon.com. What? I thought the manufactures was LG. I was asked if I wanted a discount. Are you kidding me? Why would I want a discount and keep a used or refurbished TV. Lucky for me I paid with PayPal and got a full refund from PayPal. BUYERS BE WARE. THIS GAMES LIQUIDATIONS IS A RIP OFF AND A JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Good price, NO service Did I get a good price on an LG 65" OLED TV? YES. But when it died after 2 years and I tried to get service this company gave me the runaround for 3 months. Wouldn't respond to emails. Contact them again and another excuse. This repair was supposed to be warranted per original invoice with a $500 deductible LG USA OLED65C1PUB + FED EX + 5 YEAR SERVICE FOR LG OLED × 1 Much lower than a new panel which is about $1500. They are NOT LG resellers. SO... They finally put me in contact with a supposed service center in NC, named Advisory TV. At first they seemed like they were going to handle the issue, just like Game Liquidators were. I was promised a new panel, then a new TV with the $500 charge. After another 3 months, they quit responding to email and calls. Now 6 months later I am stuck buying a new TV. Not from these scammers, of course. Buyer beware!

Sony Bravia 85" I am in LOVE with my new TV. The Sony Bravia 85" exceeded all of my expectations. The service and communication from Victor @ Game Liquidators was superb! The white glove treatment was huge plus and gave me peace of mind by confirming my TV was in working order before the delivery team left the premises.
